Therefore, based on available info I would assume Red Skeleton is a new Dev Red Name who has only posted in the Closed Beta portion of the forums and probably was given a red name because he either worked on a) Power Customization b) the new Difficulty system or c) the new Server Queue function.
My money is on B. Possibly A.
You still retain post count on purged or mod-smacked posts.
