Yes, over on the User Control Panel Hobo, click the link in the top left corner of this page that says User CP.
There you can see on the right hand side if you scroll down all your Rep and comments. You should probably also read this thread Hobo, it might help.
To see the "rep rankings" go to the Member List up at the top there and then sort the results by the Reputation column.

I currently don't have a star in any RO group, I can't stay logged into one character, so they always lapse on me, auto demoted and I never get them back.

The rep thing is pretty goofy but it's confirmed certain things.
Those that are "Hahaha look at me and how witty I am! I'm also part of X and Y cliques, would you like my latest soufflé recipe?" are at the top.
UniqueDragon is at the top because s/he owns and is a forum Legend.
Now, PK deserves to be up there as well. IMO he has contributed guides, time, zaniness, some oddball wisdom. Pretty good stuff overall.
It's just...you know, a popularity contest with no visible reward. I'd rather be known ingame for the help I give others than for some rating here. And yes, before you bring up the Rep Padding thread I posted in, that was mostly to just bump as many people up/down as I could in a limited time. Sadly, you can only add/remove rep a limited number of times a day so that's useless.

The only way I'd probably reactivate it is if someone that I DESPISE somehow ended up at the top spot. Then I'd have to reactivate it and do whatever I could just to knock that person down. But since there are very few people that I despise, and I doubt they'd ever make it to the top, I don't think that'd happen.

Not only does it give you the opportunity to tag someone as disagreeable that other people may agree with, it give you the ability to insult them at range with a comment that only they can see, and pretty much must see when they open their options window. That nasty comment could come from anywhere and you have no idea where it came from
It also allows populars (as a cliche term) to bully outsiders.

And that would TOTALLY go to my head. Pretty soon I'd be passing out fish and loaves of bread by the dozen, walking on water, and turning lead into gold and water into wine. In my head at least. So yeah, time to put that idea out of it's misery before it's too late.
