Instead of a ~120% end discount like the brute version, it has a 60% end discount, but a 100% regeneration increase and a hefty heal (468 HP @ level 50 unenhanced) The end discount and regeneration buff last 30 seconds, and the power recharges in 2 minutes. Doesnt look like there's a crash or anything. No word if the recharge time is unenhanceable like SoW.

I usually don't get involved in wild speculation but a while ago--and I might be misremembering this--there was talk that the devs wanted to change the fact that accounts that were not in the beta could still access the Character Creator but that it would take some work and the effort wasn't worthwhile. With the addition of staff, it just seemed like the opportunity was there.
However, I think doing that is not just a waste of work but is counterproductive; it's a teaser when a new Issue is in beta and generates activity and excitement in the player base and the media. And I would think it would be a collosal marketing blunder to do something like that for this particular Issue, considering the hubbub about other games in development.
So I wouldn't be surprised if they did it.

I'm...not sure...but I think that means they're going to fix it so that everyone can get to the Character Creator.
But I could be really, really wrong on that. If any devs are looking here, please reconsider if you are going to lock the Character Creator; it's a very bad marketing move unless there is some seriously secret, market-shattering stuff that's coming.
