Fix your server status page

if this sloppyness continues they are going to have to think of better ways to keep ppl rather than extra double xp weekends

I'm out of town and have had limited access for the last few weeks, so it's possible that's changed recently.

Every other game I have ever played tells you at log in or when you get to the server selection. You dont havfe to guess and wonder. They really arent being competitive in a tight gaming market. |

Yes by all means this should be fixed by now. However I would like to point out the those in charge of coding the web site and those who wrote the script that checks the server status at the server farms may only be peripherally associated with Paragon Studios and may be under and get their marching orders from NCSoft directly. In all likelihood the web monkeys are in Seattle.
Yelling at the game developers isn't going to accomplish a whole lot. If you want to yell at someone, try PMing or VMing Niviene about your concerns. See should be able to bring these problems to the attention of the appropriate people.

This was take from your XML link at the bottom of the Server Status Page: Seriously, If you guys aren't going to take 30 sec to post an announcement when you bring the servers down, then put up a Sticky up that lists your "scheduled downtime", or at least fix the damn Server Status page so that it updates accordingly. Nobody cares what the Server Status was a month ago. If you don't make some form of out of game announcement when you take the servers down, then people have no way of knowing if the reason they can't connect is because of a PC error on their end, or if its a server issue on yours. By having an accurate Server Status page, or a Sticky Post with your Scheduled Downtime, you can save your players (and you) allot of headaches. Atleast thats my opinion. -Evo |

It looks to be working fine to me. Shows all servers as Up, and Training Room as Unknown, which is normal.
