That happened to me on an ITF. I as a hero used the power, she appeared as a foe to me an proceeded to end drain the tank and then take out all the shivans.....

Afew days ago we was doing the Synapse TF, one of the members spawned Amy and another spawned the Vanguard Heavy, 2 Guesses what happened there..
Yep Amy and the Heavy decided to have a brawling contest over who was the best Temp Power it seems..

not exactly funny when you summon her to get a helping hand but all you get is a lightning bolt up your rear

Something like this happens when you rescue Lady Grey in the 3rd RWZ arc - if you're out of her line of sight, the pet she summons will attack you instead of the renegade Vanguard.

Well isn't this lovely, first we get enemies that scare easy and now allies with an attitude.
I got attacked by the AV pet on the last mission of ITF. He'd got stuck on some scenery so I went back to get him. I was SKd up at the time as level 39 Controller. He was 50 or 51 or something and he took one look at me and killed me... Then later after the rest of the team had had a good laugh at me he was best of friends again 
I had this happen on an ITF I was on last week, and from what I remember, everytime I summon her, she shows up with a red box around her and starts attacking the team; this sounds fairly major breakage unless its WAI
A pet you can summon to attack your friends....it kinda sounds like fun

Yep thats happened to me then evryone else thought it was funny so we had an amy vs. heavy war in Talos
happened to me during final fight of ITF... not good. she's quite hard to hit! doesnt do much damage but enough to tip the balance if you ignore her.
wouldnt mind but a tema mate summoned his Amy a few minutes later and the same thign happened. Thats 4 Amy's I've killed in the last few weeks 
Happily mooching through a mission last night in a team and I decided to call in Amy (reward from KHTF) for a bit of light entertainment.
Imaging my horror when she spawned as an even level boss and turned on me! I couldnt believe the cheeky mare had the audacity and ingratitude to attack me
So we whupped her @$$ good n proper...
