Now i know we can create our own enemies, including our'll own characters in the missions, but ive had a thought the past day or 2.....

can we slot them?
can we slot them with IO's or even SO's?

how will the charcs damg us? cos i know alot of people are excited cos they are like. omg..my toon kiks the lights out of people. so will mine, but if we cant, then how will our'l' toons do? i ask really becuase i know alot of people think of there toons when IO and could be disappointed if the toons are 50% as good or what not.

i think we cant enhace the toons (aka ours) but what numbers will we see when we make them?

if this has been said alrdy show me cos i cant find nothing (then again im dead tired)

No and no.

Damage will be determined by mob rank (minion/lt/boss etc).

figured, but what is the mob rank numbers, i know minions do nothing massive n avs do but anyone got any numbers.?
this helps with me in what to make n what stages to have them in really.

Luckily MA allows you to test your missions before publishing... Or you could consider them as similar to minions/lts/bosses etc already in the game.

Will he just spam Heal Aura and "LFT" all the time? Or will the AI prove to be better than 90% of the empaths in game?

Disclaimer: There are many good empaths in this game, a couple of their players freequent the boards. I do not mean any disrespect to you. Go hunt down the bad ones for what they have done to you and um, heal them to death or something

There are some empath based mobs in the game, their AI is - i am amazed - worst then my mercs medic.

I think standard rules will aply to the sets, just like the PP's or default AV's, pop their tier9 at XX% health, cycle randomly through powers and hardly use any of their secondairy.

Mobs don't have "primaries" or "secondaries". They don't actually have powersets at all.

I consider the tier9 they use or freaks selfheal/rez as secondairies, kinda everything defensive based (hench they cant even keep up a normal bubble properly).

hmm.. I am working on a plant/empath troller that will deff not be one-shotted as it will have a regen that will be unbelievable

But the created empath will be like a medic yes... its a npc unslotted... and of the level you play the mission. Be sure that if you play on relentless he/she will use more powers and heal more points. Will stil be squishy ofcourse. But you could try to add a travel power most npc's dont have.. like jump or superspeed. And make him harder to hit.

Almost predestined to become rated as a 3, given the amount of catgirl RPers and the amount of people who can't stand the things.

Actually in fairness almost all arcs are going to be 3s probably.

For example a lot of people will rate a mission designed for farming as a 5, a lot of others will have the "Farming is evil" mentality and auto-mark it a 1.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but along these lines - do we know the upper limit on how many different minion types we can have in one mission? In other words, can we have, say, 25 enemies in a map and have them all have individual powersets?

There's probably going to be a hard cap on either number of custom mobs or overall file size simply to keep it all working smoothly.

I can't imagine people will want to download half a meg of data for a custom mission even with connection speeds these days.

IIRC the mob sizes and placements are pre-set on each map, the only way to change the size is by changing your rating and/or doing it in a big team. Basically just like the standard maps.
