What is the ONE character you just can't play

I never mastered MM villain-side and for some unknown reason I cannot play Scrappers. Strange since I love charging into battle but despite trying most (if not all) the sets I never get any enjoyment from them. Blasters I only enjoyed AR/Dev which I levelled to 50, Defender I only enjoyed Emp/Rad and havent played her since hitting 50 and I have a lvl 50 Fire/Kin troller who I don't enjoy playing.

I loved my Nin/Nin stalker but no longer play her and Fire/Fire tank remains my all time favourite alt

I've thought about that before....it would be hilariously unbalanced. Take about a nanosecond to reach full fury in pretty much any situation at all.

Warshades and Peacebringers. Tried both but they are long gone deleted. Just doesn't make it fun for me.

Tankers and Warshades. My WS has been gathering dust longer than any of my other characters, been remade a couple of times but still sitting at 15ish. Tanks I've tried a few times (I have an Ice/DM at the moment) but they always seem to sit around while I play other alts. Can't say exactly why, they just don't excite me.

The villain ATs as a whole have hardly set my world on fire.

That said, for single ATs, I can't do Tankers.

Peacebringer, just because its so damn frustrating to play, i like the attacks in human form, but i hardly ever get chance to fire them because as soon as i get anywhere near melee range im stunned and forced into dwarf form, which isnt as good as a tank so your basically playing a rubbish tank or a rubbish blaster squid.

Its really annoying because peacebringer is one of the AT's I WANT to like but i cant because there just so flawed.

I confess, I pushed my PB up to 36...and there she has sat for the last 3 1/2 years, almost untouched. I've respecced her a couple of times, but I just can't work up the enthusiasm to keep at it Playing a PB or WS is pure slog for me compared to just about any other AT.

I really don't get why people have such problems with PB's... Mine cuts through most mobs like a hot knife through butter...

Oh it's easy.

Being a PB or a Warshade, i pretty much only have 3 options.
1: Look like a squid.
2: Look like a crab.
3: Be fully obscured in glowyness.

I despise powersets which makes my costumes not show.
This goes for Granite, Ice, Fire, Regen, Dark etc etc.
I take great pride into my costume designs and i don't want them obscured by anything.

Don't have great problems with any ATs/powersets though some of my villains have been levelling at a painful rate that's more due to lack of teams and so alting on other characters!

The only ones that I really have a genuine issue with are the few I have on Vigilance/Zukunft - it's my own doing, but being essentially an English speaking monoglot doesn't help when I can't understand a darn thing so teaming fills me with dread and even enhancement descriptions are double-dutch to me!

BTW - purely fills me with dread due to language issues on my side. The few players I've met on the non-English servers seemed a nice bunch.

I did once get a team on Zukunft (after explaining that my German is limited to not much more than 'es tut mir leid aber Ich kann nicht Deutsch sprachen' which is probably an incorrect attempt to apologise for not speaking German). The team was good and enjoyable - they spoke a little English, but it turned out that I understood more German than I usually admit (it's not so much the comprehension as the creation of my own sentences that gets me) and I kinda got on OK and the rest of the team were very understanding... So a good experience, but I still don't play them much!

No, Dual Blades is a joke compared to Claws for sheer speed. The recharge times on Claws are barely existant; in fact with but the smallest effort you can make Swipe its own attack chain, an attack which is, you'll note, faster recharging than Brawl with the same .83 second animation time.

I'm a mouse clicker instead of one of those keyboard number pressers, and on my Scrapper it's starting to become a bit of an effort to keep up with the attack chain.

It is with Brutes. The sheer speed of Claws combined with its almost non-existant endurance cost is a combo custom built for Brutes and would be utterly unfair. Fury could be built with pointless ease and without significant end cost to worry about. Claws already hits seriously hard as a Scrapper primary, translated onto a Brute with the sheer speed allowing it to maintain constantly vicious levels of high Fury, it's not balanced.

Dual Blades can manage speed once you've got enough attacks to counteract the recharge, and pays for it in endurance as well as significantly reducing the amount of spare powers and slots you'll have to play with. My Claws Scrapper has a non-stop attack chain of just four single target attacks which was completed at level 18, and wouldn't even need Follow Up thanks to Fury, so three on a Brute.

When Brutes do get Claws, can we have a more Brutish animation for Eviscerate? Please?
Examples: Shadow Maul animation (as used by Mynx), Barb Strike animation (as used by Paragon Protectors and some Tsoo), Sweeping Strike animation.

A nice animation for eviscerate (IMO) would be to stab both claws in the gut the slash out to both sides, sort of like ripping their gut open.

Sort of, tho sweeping strike is more of a decapitate, sicne you hug yourself with the blades then slash em both forward in a scissor cut.

A stab 'n' slash probably wouldn't be fitting for the power of the move... yes it would hurt like [censored] but in terms of force applied there's no wind up, the stab in is the force exerted with momentum, but you gotta start from scratch mid-gut for the slice. An animation like that would probably be moderate-high with a bit of DoT. A spinning slice followed by a full body weight stab would probably be more appropriate in terms of power levels, but this would require splitting the damage into two portions and probably lengthening of the animation itself.

Maybe a downwards stab into the ribcage area (like just above the heart) followed by a bodyweight enhanced shove down into the abdomen (without retracting the blade of course). that way you have your big hole in the body and still alot of power in the attack.

EDIT: A nice little hop (or at least heavy simewave adjustment of the bodyweight ala taekwon do) just as the stab finishes - with the landing being timed to help power the downward motion would make it look brutal enough, giving a slight blade retraction before replacement and then wound expansion I may need to draw a sketch lulz

EDIT EDIT: I just realised how ridiculously off-topic this is Uhhhhh... I'm kinetophobic - naturally repelled by moves like transfusion and siphon power. I love their effects on me as a teammate, and spamming sb is satisfying, but the basic kin powers bore me somewhat, I just don't think I like foe based buffing. Not that I don't enjoy FS as much as the next guy :>
