  1. To be frank, I don't know... don't think I did any incarnate mission (?) but not too sure. No... I'm quite sure I haven't.
  2. I have the same problem with one of lvl 50 toons, on the hero side. With the tips that is. So far I have gotten zero tips for him. Done radio missions (about 20 of them), story arcs from Ourobouros, street arrests... nothing at all. :P
  3. When I got the mysterious "???" it seemed like it was a lone enemys postion from when I entered the map, he was in the next room - something which I guess have to do with the "enemies walking around all over the map" since the last issue. Other from that it works sometimes and sometimes not for me.
  4. Well that seems a bit far fectched as well, if they wanted to make more use of widescreens - which I have - then the powerbars should not be long enough to hold 2 more enhancements. It's just plain ugly and unpractical and someone... needs a good spanking.
  5. I feel really "noobish" for asking this but... how does it work? I figured I'd send some influence to one of my lower characters but when I click send it says " Emails with attachments can only be sent to global names.". OK... so I entered my global name and it says the same when I click send. What am I doing wrong?!

    Oh my... forgot to use @ with the global name. Whoopsie.
  6. Just logged in, have the same. Powers takes 2 seconds to activate, loading time for much anything is slow...

    About the same with "Wipe out Marauders cell" from Ouroboros. All enemies are at level 45 no matter what you set your difficulty. (Well I tried two setting and it was the same)

    Well that could be a point but I must say, the terrain inside a bank isn't all that rocky. *drum roll* *hysterical laughters from the darker corners* I guess noone but the dev's knows why. If even they do... *stares empty on the screen dumps from the bank holdup but realizes that dumps don't really show the slow motion*

    I've seen it before, especially when playing villains in mayhem missions; the "ambushes" (in this case long bows coming into the bank after your villain - very visible as you can stand on the other side of the disk and see them where they don't see you) comes moving in slow motion. Today again, on hero side, when doing flashback missions with council as main enemy. Sure enough - met an ambush in the caves. Running in slow motion.

    Anyone else noticed this? Why are they moving in slow motion? I'm just curious.
  10. Got lag since the Halloween stuff went live. Every time I exit a building to a zone or even an elevator it takes 5 sec's before I can move. Rubberbanding too. Inside missions, none. So I guess the EU servers just cant take it.

  12. When I run the CohUpdater.EU it can't connect... just says "connecting ... #1" etc. Is there no others who has this problem, in the EU o.c.!
  13. It doesn't seem to eat my memory either, was playing all night yesterday - no crashes.
  14. + 1 here, level 50 tanker and I'm getting the looping sound as soon as I am in melee. Irritating!
  15. As the title says... is it possible? I have no idea if you can skip out from a TF from Ouroboros. My main toon has been locked on one for a week and it doesn't seem like I'm getting any help.

  17. Doesnt seem to be an issue considering the lack of replies I guess. Doesn't the support work weekends by the way? I've petioned the problem twice w/o any reply so far.
  18. Last couple of days I've played a couple of old story arcs through Oroborous (spelling, I know ... I know) and so far had three missions where the entry point proves be, ahem, whoops, under the AE building. All have been in Founders Falls but I'm not sure that FF is the problem, I guess it could happend in any zone. And. It's not very fun...

    1) You can't really play any more as you're locked into the story arc
    2) You have to wait online for a GM to come help you
    3) 1 & 2 guarantees a really boring time. No really, really boring time as you can't do much else than sit around and wait for some to come aid you.

    ...and as if that's not boring enough, tonight when it happend I petioned it and absolutely nothing happend. Not even a support auto-confirm help.

    Should it be that hard to erase the AE-spots as possible mission entries? No it shouldn't.

  22. I used to be "Magic Touch" in the EU beta then when the game got live I had no clue what to pick... so... I did a soldier character and came to think about an old american comedy - Major Pain. There you go.

    Well, let me show you somewhat what it looked like;

    1. There is NO enemies until you get to the last room.

    2. Just as you get to the last room you will hear a sound and you could see an object fall down or at least it looks like that. I suspect it's activated in some way... it actually several destructable objects placed in the exact same location. The mobs will try to destroy these as you approach them but their attention will usually change towards you quite swiftly.

    3. As you start fighting a mob many mobs will come as an ambush - they come running straight for you (in the pic they've allready arrived and you don't see exactly how many they are as they stand in the same spot!).

    The ambushes are one thing... but I kinda wonders how you get those large mobs in the last room without any mobs on the rest of the map? Probably not as hard as it seems but I don't know the MA well enough to do it.
  24. Well, I'm not sure if this is OK to discuss here as the outcome is most certainly nothing much more than a PL/farm tool but. I do believe that you should be allowed to talk about even the "dark side" in a healthy democratical environment so lets go.

    So... I discovered a farming mission which is now removed and it is bugging me that I can't figure out how it's made. Actually there is a copy of the original #274007 available as #281930. Map is Longbow 60, layout 15 - a quite long map. In the original mission there is no enemies until you get to the last room. Just as you enter the room it seems loads of defeatable (by the enemy) objects appear together with guards in two separate mobs. As you start fight one of the mobs a MASSIVE ambush appears. Similar when you start fighting mob 2.

    Now this is actually more of my own curiousity - I tried recreating this mission but I just can't. So I figured out the map but what ever I do it seems the mobs/objects becomes spread out across the entire map. I guess that in the original mission you have a couple of defeatable objects in the last room and then something triggers more of these (you can actually see these objects dropping down in their place as you closes in on visible range). But I just can't seem to remake this and it 's really annoying. So anyone skilled mission architect care to share?
