Cyborg pack is of course a thing i wanna have.
The jetpack however is a thing i will live without. I allready pay a monthly fee. I am not going to pay more thn that. Its a principle thing and there is where i draw the line.

As in it is a copy of the Wedding Pack one but with the cyborg parts.
Surprisingly that doesn't do it for me. I decipher that as a bunch of enforcer remakes, a reskin of gold brickers jetpack and possibly a temp power laser beam eyes. 
??Now that I look closer new aura that produces steam at joints and robotic claws?? 
Anyway I wouldn't mind the laser eyes considering they are actually sporting a range of different colours so possibly some power customization with them. This may prove that the old content is unchangable customization wise or that they have found a way of doing it and are going to release it in a future issue. Maybe even another booster pack. 
Don't think I will get it purely based on the fact that I don't need or desperately want any of the stuff seen here. I may be persuaded later but at the moment it isn't looking bright. 
Then again thats just me. You robotics enthusiasts may be over joyed at that. 
Cossie pack i will get just out of principle. It's cossie pieces omg! even tho i might not have any cyborg chars in mind a piece or two might look real nice 
The jetpack will prob not be gotten tho, if it's 30 days of ingame time... maaaaybe. But there's already the raptor pack and zero-g pack from safeguard/mayhem and those two last until 30+ at least. So no point imo.

A non functional jetpack costume part would have been better imo. Kind of like the wings where they don't give you fly, but a jet of flame could shoot out if you take the flight pool.
I would have snapped that up and made myself a rocketman.

The jetpack was a bonus item that accompanied a retail version of CoX. Many players in the US complained that they couldn't get it, so they are making it available to buy in the same way as the GvE stuff was made available.
Good value? No. But the players asked for it and it costs NCSoft nothing to make it available.

Plus it is extra revenue which never hurts ofcourse.
I wonder if the buying respec thing is bringing them the revenue they wanted.

Same here. It seems less cyborg and more big-metal-robot and it doesn't interest me. I'd need to see more solid examples of what's in the pack before I considered buying it.

Given this is a small sized, unintentional leak I don't think PlayNC would be surprised it doesn't impress.
I think I'll wait for the official announcement and then decide what bang for my buck I'm gonna get so to speak

The thing that I'm curious about: what does the guy at the back have on his face?
Costume piece? the translucency makes it look more like FX.
Aura? It has two colours, auras are limited to one player selectable colour.
Power?

it could be something like the targeting device temp power as it uses a similar FX over the face effect.
It looks like an inverted version of a computer screen base item as a hologram, could be a +range or +tohit power, new helmet option as part of the Cyborg part of the deal or part of a new type of Aura scroll down menu (Cyborg, involving steam jets, eye beams and holo-display, which is how I think it'll work)
