I feel Guilty.

Just done the Westin phipps story arcs reading each mission with care.

I have to say, I've never felt so guilty in my life over a game, All-be it I'm not a decent person, I laugh at things I shouldn't and rarely do nice things, but I actually felt very guilty about this

Best arc in villains, need more like it in my opinion.

I admit, it was a good Arc, and I did enjoy some of the Missions (Ok lets face it, Freaks, learning? Rows of desks, I laughed pretty hard at that) but some are just PURE evil, I don't even think Recluse would stoop that low!

I love every mission Phipps offers - I finished his missions last night with my Stalker and he's usually the first contact I do in Grandville.

As to how evil his arcs are, they're not that bad - the real crying shame is that I didn't get to [SPOILER]beat up the Freakshow's teacher a bit before handing her over to Arachnos for torture, see the effect my poisoned food had on the orphans first hand, and I'm gutted that Hugo and Gally escaped from what was planned for them *shakes fist at Blue Steel* - nothing wrong with a bit of exploratory brain surgery[END SPOILER]

Yeah that is a nice evil arc. Its evil allright in th old traditional evil way. A bit petty of course for someone about to clobber Lord Recluse but it fumes evilness. Though the Dr. Creed arc is nasty as well.

Peter Themari is somewhat detestable... err I mean admirable in his purity of motive too - especially once you do Vernon von Grun's superbly written missions and find out just what happened to that poor little poppet in the end

Yeah Peter Themari is a pretty bad sort. The Pyriss storyline is particularly evil/tragic.

Those are just sick and disgusting, which is why I could never play CoV - I know it's only a game, but games are meant to be fun, and for me, that's totally the opposite of fun.

I said it's not my thing at all - but it does appeal to some others, and as it is a game and harmless, there's no reason for it not to exist.
Like I said, games are meant to eb fun, and while this is totally not fun for me, it's fun for some others.

thank you, someone else that thought as I do, Whilst my character - altho a villain I felt that there were some things that he just would not do.
a VERY well written arc, a bit too well imo, and as such I would love to be able to go back and wipe the smile off his face with any one of my characters, hero or villain.
