What a load of bs, just because a blaster doesn't run in first trying to tank doesn't mean he's doing it wrong.
There is some skill to surviving you know.
Blasters are supposed to stay ranged, i hate it when they run in first thinking they pwn, then die in 3 seconds.

Heh - me too. Actually does look really good... though I'm ruing the lack of a low-level selfheal and going through blues like there's no tomorrow.
Also, having mez resist as a clicky is going to suck soooo much if it's not really fast recharge...

Nah, it's like Practiced Brawler - though it says "a short time" and "Long Recharge", it's really not.

need two SOs tho to make it perma. 2min duration 3m 20s recharge.
got a Broadsword/Shield scrapper, little squishy against non melee, but much fun!

Yep, seems to be working out okay on the mez resistance score, so long as I remember to auto the darn thing.
Still a tiny bit on the squishly side at L23, but improving all the time
