peoples favour and hated pvp zones and why?
Bloody Bay - Like you said its quite difficult to find someone there who actually wants to PvP and not just running from mission to mission. Dont like.
Sirens Call - Love the bounty system. If they had this in every PvP zone then i'm sure we'd see more activity in the higher level PvP zones. But i dislike the amount of "immature" players that inhabit the zone so i try to stay away. Neutral.
Warburg - Love the detail thats gone into this zone. Only thing i dislike is the amount of PvP that i see but when there is PvP going on with a half a dozen or so players on either side, its a blast! Like.
Recluse's Victory - Ah yes, the highest level PvP zone. Just like Warburg i love the detail and story thats gone into this zone. I really wish there was more PvP going on because i rarely see more than about 4 players on either side. Love the zone, most fave too.
@SinghMC
Bloody Bay - Nice enough zone, but the level is a tad low for my liking when it comes to PvP and there's a few nasty critters that can make the experience a pain (Agony Mages etc...).
Sirens Call - Busiest, so it scores points there, it's at an OK level and the Bounty system is great.
Warburg - My favourite, all powers bar APP's, nice map (if it a bit big at times), but massive combat on the beach is great fun.
RV - Too much PvE. That's really all I've got to say on the matter.
Tbh all the zones are ok but there is no PvP reward system to attract more PvP in the zones. Thats the problem this game faces atm a lot and makes PvP boring after a while. Why PvP if there is no reward for being good at it and everyday is just same as the previous one.Nothing to aim for nothing to work for.And dont tell me 400PvP rep is hard to get.I got 2 toons with 400 PvP rep i left for 6 months game came back and did 200 PvP rep in one day almost. So nothing to work hard for
I have similar thoughts, the zones are nice per say, but there should be more rewards that reward the actual PVPing like in sirens. I was really hoping much from RV during the test server event, but reality is often harsh.
Bloody Bay - PvP actually goes on here? I thought the only point of this zone was to supply Shivans for the Recluse SF. How do you actually kill people in here, brawl them to death?
Sirens Call - Have to say most of my PvP happens here. Personally, i'd rather it didn't but you have to go where the action is and given that 99% of PvP builds seem to be Spine scrappers and they're so good up to lvl 30 this is where most seems to happen. That said, SC has some of the worse PvP attitudes in the game on show there and the sheer number of NPC mobs is also annoying.
Warburg - This is my favourite one without a doubt. Heroes don't have their epics that unbalance hero/villain PvP so much and there are no real 'uber' builds here. NPC mobs are scarce and more of an irritation than the real threat they are in Sirens. I also like the fact heroes can fight heroes.
Recluse Victory - Callingthis a PvP zone is an insult TBH. It seems to be the exclusive domain of the badger or easy XP turret farmers who want the easy route to levelling their characters. Even trying to PvP in there frequently sees you get greeted with cries of moral outrage for killing someone in a PvP zone.

Agree with this opinion the most. Warburg is definitly my favorite. The rush of a FFA with heroes and villains does it for me.
would be nice if WB was a real chaos zone, if heros can kill heros why the hell cant you team with villains?
WB is to big and the level of minions is detrimental to squishies as trollers can get wiped by the titans roaming around.
SCs broken end near villain base is flawed, makes pvp akward and the water lock bug is beyond annoying but it has the largest amount of play in it due to level range.
**Acceptable "support" responses**
Its your fault
Its your computers fault
Its your ISPs fault

Funny i've suggested that change a few times in past via feedback pertitions
funny in warburg, is seeing a stalker land next to someone, hit BU and then as they going for AS another stalker lands next to the first and goes to AS the other stalker :P
no
Bloody Bay: I like this zone, its a pity that higher lvl chars cannot use it though I like the fact that you have plenty of room to move around and a nice mix of environment...But to much water (damn water bug).
Sirens Call: My favourite. Even though the broken part is a pain to fight in "ooh im stuck under some rubble", it is the zone I like best and the pvp zone I spend most time in.
Warburg: Meh..If you could cross team it would be much better.
RV: terrible zone. They might as well just make it a pve zone.Far to many mobs, and the stupid weapons emplacements are pointless and a bad idea.
If they were proper forts it might be better .
I want a pvp zone with a mix of interior and exterior areas..

Recluses Victory - like and dont like
i like because it's a high lvl zone so get to use all your powers, just most peeps you see in there are gen- just badge hunting or getting risk free XP from using heavys on the pill boxes :/

Players do that on the English servers as well? Well, there goes my idea of levelling a toon on Defiant or Union to finally get good PvP... On the German server where I play most often the players are usually just farming XP or badges. To the extent that I was asked today when I was roaming RV with my blaster if I had enabled the Villain chat ([censored]? Why should I?) and because I didn't one other hero "translated" between me and them. They didn't want to PvP and expected me to respect this. This included the other heroes, all of them set to /hide of course.
(Sometimes I wonder if the badges don't do more bad than good. So much farming even in the PvE zones just for that useless bit of an image representing a badge.)
Edit: Forgot to answer the original question: I prefer RV because I can use all of my arsenal there to give the villains a good kick in the youknow.

Sirens is currently the best zone for pvp. The bounty+reward system seems to have succeed. Shame it's only for lv30 underdeveloped characters.
Bloody Bay is too low level, and you only find people getting shivans.
Warburg has the nice component of being able to fight everybody else. It would be really fun if it wasn't so empty normally.
RV is not a PvP zone, so won't comment it
#1 Sirens Call:
Busiest zone, wide array of powers without getting the "supreme" powers.
Bounty system is both a blessing and a curse, just perfect size of map.
Drawback is some problems with the water, heaven for the "ub4h l33t" forum build guys, and alot of swearing on the broadcast.
Have been there ALOT.
#2 Bloody Bay:
Ok zone with a cool "meteor harvesting" concept, lots of places to fight.
Drawback is the size of the map and way too few people who are doing anything there but missions.
Have been there quite much.
#3 Recluses Victory:
Really cool concept with the pillboxes, perfect size of map which is wide open with some skyscrapers here and there.
Drawbacks are the Bots which is a MUST if you want to take on the pillboxes, and the opposing side camping your Bot spawning points.
Access to the epic powers which unbalances onto the favor of heroes.
Few people who ever are there except for badge hunting.
Been there alot.
#4 Warburg:
A lil too large map with mostly 3 active PvP spots: Villain base, The Web and the shore by the hero base.
Nice concept with the rocket mission, access to all powers but the epic ones.
Drawback is the free-for-all and the zone swarming with "l33t" stalkers only there to catch some easy prey (read Dominator).
Only goes there to get a rocket or to smash some spider bosses when Im extremely bored

edit: following are facts more than plus'es or minuses..
1. sirens call
- Busiest zone
- bounty system the only thing ingame that offers good rewards for actual pvp
- Both sides dominate the zone in turn, hero-villain balance is pretty nice
- busiest time happens near midnight I think.
- Lot of players doing missions too, but this zone still the most active for real PVP.
2. warburg
- better regarding the lack of pvpers because you can fight people of your own side
- Mostly empty, with lot of people doing missions and not pvping.
- Warburg nukes are very handy in base raids, however, there doesnt seem to be enough demand for base raids yet.
- Everytime Ive been there, I think hero side has had more players.
- no ability to make hero+villain teams is a big minus.
3. Bloody bay
- So low lvl that there is actually little difference between a beginning character and exemped lvl 50. Creating the possibility for nice pvp
- Shivans are very useful in base raids, and fighting AVs, GMs etc. However a good damage-dealing character will solo shivans in less than 10 minutes.
- Not enough people in there Im afraid, and the zone is HUGE making it difficult to find the opposing players. And if there are players in there, they are most likely doing missions
4. Recluses Victory
- Great design and zone with most potential
- Least amount of actually PVPing players.
- I dont go there myself because villains are almost always outnumbered, and I dont have any 40+ villains yet. (I so wish I had, so I could kill the damn grinders). Or there is a villain grinder with heavy I can't do much about. Attacking a MM 1v1 who has a heavy is a death sentence for most characters.
- Heavies are idiotic invention.
RV has several shortcomings making it the worst pvp zone despite holding the greatest potential.. which is sad.
I think that absolute majority of the time the zone holds 3 hero players, who all have heavies and are grinding xp/prest/inf. Villains may be there if the zone is otherwise empty. Since you need a heavy to kill turrets in essence, and you cannot wrestle control of the heavy from a player of own side, any more heroes than 3 would just twiddle their fingers in essence, or settle for lower gains in team (which are, by the way, bugged or badly-designed - it is still stupid to be in team there).
Absolute majority of players in RV consist of grinders or badgers. And more often than not, you cannot do anything about it. RV atmosphere would change considerably if it was a free-for-all zone like warburg..
Actually, RV has something for everyone - there's often people PvP-ing alongside those who are working on badges or farming Inf/Prestige - it's the best co-op zone in the game

Often? o.0
Not seen anything happening in months.. ALthough the concept of co-op sounds good, there doesnt seem to be enough villains in there to actually put up a fight..
I like RV, i go there for the grind and PvP. I usually grab a heavy or join a team depending on who is there. Siren's Call is probably my most visited PvP zone. Plenty of PvP and i enjoy the hotspots when its quiet. Warburg is good in small or large teams. More people to fight the better.

I checked RV last night at 11 pm GMT and there were 3 heroes there grinding, no pvp in sight.
The PvP there is usually around midnight or 1 am, and after that, the farmers move in

Well I only go there for the grind. If I'm on a squishy and a occasional stalker comes around and attacks me (once every fortnight) I just switch players to my ice tank or my spiney scrapper and after a few kills he is gone, so I can keep on grinding again. Never seen much PvP there in months, as everybody takes for granted it's a grinding zone.
Anyway I can't consider it a PvP zone with so so many NPCs around and when people can just throw you a heavy that can 1 shot you while he stays in a safe distance

I like RV but I'd rather hit 50 atm. After the double xp weekend I'll be poking my head in there regular.
My MA IDs:
Fiend Space: 211464
I keep trying RV, but the constant whining and insults from people when I destroy their precious mecha units is not pleasent.
I think the last time I saw any decent pvp in there was back before christmas when my villain knocked heads with Fireguardian, was nice to be able to use all my powers
i like war burg, nice zone nice name great pvp
RV is interesting but not mainly a pvp place i think
------------------
Storm Dragon lvl 36 blaster
Super Dud lvl 40 brute
Mutated Sash lvl 33 scrapper(best pvp toon of mine)
just curious what are peoples fav-/hated pvp zones and why?
just i've tended to notice that sirens call tends to be the busyest for pvping on defiant.
Bloody bay - personaly dont really like, frequently a pain in the to find peeps to fight, and most times it's peeps running missions etc don't really see much pvp happening in there.
Sirens call - persoanly like, the bounty systems nice, and if someone stops in 1 area long enough you got a rough marker showing you the kidna area your bounty's in, only things dont like is the fact if someones just after the time badge in there they stood in a base so you bounty is un collectable :P be nice if cryptic did a / command to change your bounty target in that case (something like /reset_bounty_target) things dont like is the way sometimes things take shall we say an edge to it, ie player x says "hey player z you got a fotm build and you still cr**" and player z resonds like "go **** yourself you noob ****head" and things snowball from there :/ but end of day thats down to players, also hate that at times when one side or the others out numbered, the out numbered side tend to base hug and snipe, so then the other side starts tping peeps out, so then the out numbered side starts drone tping etc
be nice if cryptic did things so you try to tp foe into or out of the base it auto tps you to the target means peeps gonna stop the tp trick, would also like to see snipe etc interupted everytime, stops peeps sniping from base as well, some of the cells in some of the missions in pve have that feature, and it'd be nice way of stopping base sniping.
on the whole though like sirens call for fact that usualy you can find someone to fight
warburg - like and dont like. reason being is sometimes it's busy and sometimes it's not, and when there's not many players in warburg, it can be frustrating trying to find anyone, like the free for all nature of the zone though just shame you cant form mixed teams of heroes and villians im there as well
Recluses Victory - like and dont like
i like because it's a high lvl zone so get to use all your powers, just most peeps you see in there are gen- just badge hunting or getting risk free XP from using heavys on the pill boxes :/
