Indeed i am sir.. it seems like every AT is whining about their own powersets.. so as a new player it is pretty hard to get an idea of the different Pros and Cons... so come with some facts plz.. I really have it difficult making a char so GOGO! say something

Bah! That's easy. Whichever you make "über". 1 on 1 will never be fully balanced. One single patch may make or break an entire AT for a few months (until Devs subtly change it back or players adapt).
well i aint just looking for 1 on 1.. im looking for all around so the AT isnt completly handicapped in 1 on 1 and in teams
Its down to the player really, all have their strenghts

Well you're looking for something there is no easy answer to. No one AT can beat em all (which is why i love PvP in CoX)
All AT are useful in their own way. Some you will have an easier time with in 1 vs 1 but I'd suggest looking around in all the AT threads to get ideas.
Also depends on your play style, which do you prefer? Go with what you like. If you like going toe to toe, make a brute. If you like stealthy go stalker and so on.

not to be rude, but that doesnt give much of a view of the Pros and Cons.. but to help you then ok...
I like either to disable my enemies rendering them helpless, or to give massive dmg... (yes ive tried the stalker and the "high dps" all are talking about isnt there -_- or so it seems..) got a lvl 22 stalker and his AS is great! i luv it, but all the other skills seems pretty low dmg'ing. Also if you want a disabling Stalker it seems like you need an energi stalker AND I WONT DO THAT.. they are just so not stalker like imo :P but plz give me a little overview...
There isnt really an all round AT that can beat everyother AT on the other side. I have characters who can cripple other players, but dont hit hard enough to finish them off, I have to team, and the chances are you will have to team as well. Think about how you want to play, look at the best AT for your play style, maybe think about how you want to develop the character, and most of all, just have fun.
I've seen players of all AT's in pvp and some play really well, even a few MM's, which a lot of people think is a rubbish AT for PVP.

Well if you like to disable your enemies. I'd suggest Dominators & maybe corrupters. Stalkers are the best AT for that one big hit and can take down some AT in one hit or a few if done right.
If you enjoy your stalker I suggest stick with him. The other skills aren't as powerful as AS but aren't meant to be but they are still very useful
is all about skill if you look for an AT that is above all and noone can take out or just to be really above from others well there is none and if you think you got one we can easily demonstrate the opposite ...practise a lot play a lot get to learn the AT's and you ll find out out on your own what is best for your playstyle.

Well... As has been said, all have strengths and weaknesses. Though I have to say, I dont think I've seen the hero hospital in Sirens as busy as it was the time a villain team, consisting mainly of corrupters, decided to hang out by the hero base. Much much debuffage and death... Ouch!

I like my set for PVP, haven't downed someone yet, but I'll get there. 
Well, the first post sounded like the second coming of UniqueDragon, but....
All the villain ATs suck because they are better then heros soloing and so aren't teaming properly yet (in general). None of them have to suck and once they 'get it' in PVP they will probably be about even.

Yeah having played through a bunch of the AT, there isnt any "golden AT". They all have their points. Sure corruptors do low damage compared to a blaster, but when put in a team, they are pretty unstoppable, then again the same has also been proved with controllers from the other side. I can only really say, try stuff out, and dont be afraid to ask people stuff in game. Is how I tweaked my builds, go pound on some people do some tests, try stuff out.

CoH/V isn't rocket science, you'll never beat a good (keyword: good) EM/SR stalker with a archery/fire blaster without tactics. Check the sig of some pvpers and you'll probably find many of what I'll list under, yet they'll say it's only skill that wins battles because it makes them feel good. 
Here's the ATs/powersets you should take a look at, if you want to have a noticeable pvp advantage.

Stay away from dominatorss and defenders. Now, some people will jump and scream "But my dom/def is doing fine in pvp!". Yes, that's great, but the OP is asking about a "villain pvp god", not your personal success with a slightly underpowered AT (in regards to pvp).
Gah if you ask someone who is the villain pvp god they say "ITS THE IMBA STALKER ENERGI NOOB!!!1111oneoneoe" if you ask a stalker he says "-_- stalkers are gettin pwned and never get an AS on an enemy, also we are way to squisy" Then I think okok then the brute must be an evil oppenent.. but if you ask the brutes they whine about "WE NEED RAGE! and we are gettin pwned at long range >_<" then I go GAH! what about the corruptor he must be evil then "NO!" they say "we suck cuz we dont do any dmg" which I cant understand as they got scourge.. then I ask a dominator.. wait there aint any dominators WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? Then I ask a Masta mind! he says "if I got bubble then I tank 10.95786 tanks and scrappers, until they actually start hittin me -.-" hmmm... what am I suppose to believe.. im the kind of person that cant make up my mind about a char... so come with some facts and no monkey buisness !
