Nope. In fact, I'd be disappointed if MA did get double XP. There's an obvious risk vs reward issue with MA; no need to exacerbate it.
Does it really need it?
Jeebus, you can take a shower, PL some, grab some food, PL some, get drunk and then finally hit level 50, and all that is done in less then 5 hours.
I really don't think the AE system needs DoubleXP. And I honestly hope it doesn't get it. I would much rather see mainstream content get the DoubleXP that way it may entice people to run content now rather then the AE junk.
We need some serious help in the Market when it comes to recipes, and hopfully running real content will fill the markets for a little bit.

If they put 2xp into the MA missions, then you can expect another round of serious complaining, banning and complete idiocy.
Since we just went through something like this, a repeat would rank so high on the stupid meter Chuck Norris and Blue Steel couldn't calculate it.

I will be really happy if the AE does not get x2 xp. I also hope the Hami farms get nerfed NOW because Hami farms without x2 xp is still much better xp than normal mishes at x2 xp.
Please no x2 xp in AE, that would be plain silly

You must be using a different market than me. There's MORE receipes on the market now than when that completely idiotic merits system was released.
Either that or I must be blind or something.

With DXP on in AE, I would say you ain't seen nothing yet.
With that said patrol XP doesn't work in AE, soooo....

It already doesn't get Patrol XP. I'd be more surprised if it actually did get Double XP.

I wouldn't count on it. They'll probably still be leveling faster in AE even without 2xp. In all seriousness, if they want people to step outside AE for a weekend, they SHOULD consider making it a 1/2xp weekend for AE.

odd thing stuck me..i guess its ok to farm the itf for double xp but not the ae?...
guess some of you have farmers denial..either way they will have it. it will be double. and yes you will complain about it.
ill help you all out..stop worrying what people do with htier money . play your way and be happy .
all those farmers will just go to p.i. and do regular mishes for the xp..so either way they will get the 2xp. what difference would it make to punish the ones that dont farm it.
MA with double XP weekend: now get 2 50s a night instead of one?
Why would it even need it. I wish double XP was double droprate weekend...I'd go flush a Sunday afternoon down the drain doing a long, boring Dr Q for a free Recipe pick or get all my characters full suits of the Vanguard uniform raiding the Mothership a few times (why aren't those merits tradeable? bah), or something the redside TFs might actually be worth ample reward instead of low merits from all those datamined speedruns people used to do for a fast recipe roll.
Im curious as to people's thoughts. I'm going on being a 4 year veteran, I've done a chunk of the TFs, I truly love the ITF, I've farmed, I've PL'd, I've slayed Rikti and Zombie galore. I'm at the point where I just have fun leveling up chars, filling em with IOs, and seeing the chaos they can unleash. AE+2XP will help me get a good half dozen of said chars up into my personal comfort level range, which usually is the low 30s when I start IOing. While I won't be PO'd if 2X doesn't apply to MA, I'd be lying if I said I wouldnt be a little upset. Note: I think Bubbles, while profitable, are boring as hell, hence I prefer building a steamroller team and taking on various boss maps, bringing death, destruction, and debuffs to my enemies. So....thoughts?
