Granite tank help please! I always die!

I played coh a few times & been playing the past 2 weeks and just got my stone tanker to 50. But I have a big problem, I always die & I dont know what's wrong?
Someone told me a stone tanker was the best in the game but I don't think it's the best at all.

I'm not sure how to show what build I did show I took a screenshot.

Your problem is you took Mudpots. Clearly, this power is subpar, and should be replaced with Aid Self.

I was like "Why have a full set of concealment on a tank?!?"

I hope you went back and changed it before you saved your respec...

Look on the bright side. You should have very few End issues. Both from the massive EndRedux slotting AND from the fact that you're usually dead before it makes a difference.

I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.

Look, there's nothing wrong with that build, as long as you're simply looking to chase chickens, ChickenChaser my friend...

P.S.: Well played, and I don't even have any meaningful tankers.

I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

This is the correct reply, there is no way that you are serious, a Tank with only 3 defensive powers, VERY funny, I am not very good with making great builds but even I know that this is garbage with a capital G.A.R.B.A.G.E.

Edit: I ran through the post again and just now figured out that you were actually kidding and I missed the joke because of all the recent MA level 50s.....so I will go ahead and do a real facepalm...ok carry on all

3 slot rest, NICE, and I assume you have brawl 6 slotted mainly with recharge and end reduction, if not make it happen

Nice ... you know it's bad when the stone tank leading your AE team:
1. Forgets to turn on Mud Potts
2. Takes Superjump
3. Doesn't taunt
4. Constantly asks for a TP since he can't get over a wall

Okay, unlike the others I am going start with the assumption that you are serious and really need help. If this was intended as a joke just ignore my advice and continue chuckling.

First off, you are a Tank. Your main focus should be Defense, not Offense. You have to take the defensive powers to be the badass build you heard about. Secondly, you are a Tank. You want the enemies to see you. Get rid of that Concealment pool altogether and use the power choices to pick up some defenses instead. The most important power if you want to be a Granite Tank is Granite. If you don't have Granite, you are just a Stone Tank. That's not quite the same thing.

Trim down your attack chain too. You don't need that many offensive powers. Make sure to keep Whirling Axe though. AoEs are good for keeping aggro on you.

Also, for a travel power I suggest Teleport. It will take practice to get used to using it but it will be well worth it in the end.

Supplement Teleport by taking Fitness and getting Stamina. Three slots of End Mod IOs in Stamina and 2 slots of End Red in Teleport will help you continue to Teleport at will pretty much indefinitely.

The trick to using Teleport in combat: Use your cursor to target, instead of the reticle. Point your cursor at your enemies feet. If you want to pop up behind them aim a little higher at the ankles. If you want to pop up in front of them aim at the soles of their shoes.
