Hi guy's I usually don't ask for help because I try to figure out the best build for what ever I'm doing using Mid's hero builder. But I'm totally stumped on this one.
I just bought the titan weapon set and I'm planning on using the 4 cone attacks and I also never used willpower.
Does anyone have any good builds for mids they can post for me plz. I'd like the best possible build without using purples. I have 4 lotg +recharges in my sg and a +3% resist io.
I can ticket farm some recipes and buy some also.
Not sure how I'm going to soft cap S/L resist and defense with this combo, unless I have to just pick a different combo. I doesnt seem like any of the io's except for reactive armor give s/l resist.
Unless the health regeneration is so fast you don't need the s/l defense?

I just got back to the game after a 3 year break, got my main account VIP but how do you powerlevel a f2p account?
I noticed you dont get xp in AE on a f2p account.
So.. how is it done now?

Maybe the dev's should read this and reconsider all the pvp nerfs they made. After all don't they want the customer's who pay their bill's to be happy?

Whats your obsession about people getting to 50 fast? The dev's have already stated if you get to level 50 in 2 days you risk your character to be deleted. Soooooooo if someone get's there character to 50 in 3 days it's ok by the dev's.
There's plenty of things to do after you hit 50, why do you care if everyone is super or not? Are you super?
So stop complaining! -
The same people have been on the front page for months! They still havent been voted down just because it's the 1st thing people see when the page opens. It's like going to the supermarket, people buy more item's that are eye level then on the bottom shelf
It isnt fair for everyone else. Giving everyone a chance to have their mission as a dev's choice. I see nothing wrong with this idea. -

Young heroes fresh to the game are bombarded with broadcasts seeking ae pl's and lv7 warshades looking for 54 boss farms. But enough of that complaining its been said many times before.
What purpose does XP have in AE. Correct me if I'm wrong but it not this supposed to be some sort of virtual game for heroes on their downtime? Games are to there to give you rewards no progress you in level. What would be the benefits/disadvantage or removing XP fully from AE but increasing the other rewards? Leave influence where it is, remove the ticket cap, add more items to the AE "store" for lower level players, and give some variety- like costume parts (new players love wings). Tickets are a great way to buy the grossly overpriced salvage so players wont completly abandoned it. It will will just see less lowbies looking for an easy level and more players looking to gain the other benefits.
(also how about removing the ae building from Atlas and placing it in galaxy so it can return to being a social gathering place)

Since I came back to the game a little over a month ago the same missions are on the front page of the AE search box. Most of the dev's choice story missions on the front page aren't even that great, but keep getting votes just because they are on the front page.
I'd like this to be a little more fair for everyone. My suggestion is you can be Dev's choice" for 1 week max so everyone gets a chance to get the title for 1 week.
The way it seems to me right now the people with 999+ rating on the front page will stay there forever. AE needs to be more user friendly to everyone in that sense.
It's a game give everyone a good chance to have some glory for a week. -

I came back to COX after a 1 year break & was shocked at what pvp has become!
In SC & RV heroes are constantly pinned down in their hospital.
Villains now have much more burst damage then heroes! Pvp isn't fun anymore!
Your plans on nerfing the pvp recipes is not casual player friendly.
MY HERO DOES NOT FEEL HEROIC ANYMORE!
Before the pvp nerf's my hero felt heroic to play! Pvp is not fun anymore! -

I played coh a few times & been playing the past 2 weeks and just got my stone tanker to 50. But I have a big problem, I always die & I dont know what's wrong?
Someone told me a stone tanker was the best in the game but I don't think it's the best at all.

I PL'd a few toons to 50 for my 12 year old son & he wrecks stuff!
The game isn't rocket science yanno. -
I had a 50 spider with IO's then ended up deleting it, I hated it!
Fort is so much better & the widow is cool to play with elude.
Alot of new players said to me I wanna get to 50 so I can make a spider, I said don't bother you'll end up hating it. I PL'd this kid to 50, he made a spider, I PL'd it to 40 for him then he comes back a few day's later and said.. I hate it!
DUH!
I told him to make a fort.... o well. LOL -
Here's a tip, whenever you think pvp in this game start thinking LAME. Then you'll be gtg.

The dev's said the new pvp nerf's were made so the casual player can pvp, well... how is the casual player supposed to obtain pvp recipes? Thr casual player will still get totally wrecked in pvp anyway!
Why dev's? why do you think every answer is "NERF IT!"? You just made it more difficult for everyone to pvp now, if your intentions for the huge pvp nerfs were to make everyone closer to be equal, how is nerfing pvp recipes going to help? the new pvp recipe nerf will only make pvp worse!

Arctic air is a massive endurance hog, its over 1.0 you need 3 ends in it & it's still end heavy. When you slot SO's or regular IO's it will get better.
At 50 maybe get numinas & miracle unique's, also the performance shifter chance for +end, they will help. -
