I've done the heroside posi TF maybe.... 8 times in 4 years. It just hurts so much running all over, doing semi pointless missions to advance a very long plot. I do it on chars I really want an accolade for, and that's about it.

I've been known to do 5 ITF's in a row, back to back, most of which are under an hour. Fast, fun, furious...

I used to do similar with the Katie TF's. The waves of witches are actually quite fun.

AE has ruined game play? In what other game do you get to kill smurfs and kittens and be called a hero? When I first picked up the game, I used to feel a real sense of emptiness in the pit of my soul as I took my first scrapper to 50. No sense of pride. I was like, well, I'm 50 and I'm pretty darn good, but I have not killed papa smurf. I have not killed an army of kittens. Now, I can finally sleep well at night knowing that I have taken by broadsword and split the head of papa smurf, smurfette, brainy, etc... Bet you can't do that in champions.

Look here is the point of it... you need to have atleast one toon you did all the work for yourself, that meens doing TFs, doing regular missions, PLAYING THE GAME LIKE IT WAS MENT TO BE PLAYED! If you got alot of 50s, go ahead and farm if you know what the powers do and know what to do with them. I am just saying that the devs need to make it to where people won't spend a major part of the game just doing AE all the time.... I play on victory, a friendly but not so easy shard to find teams on like, say freedom. I just get sick of people that want to do nothing but AE farm all the time. I am good at finding teams, hell I tanked a majority of the TFs in the game with much ease and know what to do on all of them, but for people that just want to do nothing but AE all th time, it gets old! I tried to get the new Vill TF forming and that one you need to ahve a pretty balanced team, atleast one of everything on it, for each of the debuffs and a load of dmg... I couldn't find a good tanking brute, such as a stone, wp or invul... and finnally the team left becuase all the brutes were in AE!!

I am not saying that AE is bad, that isn't it, I love it, but there is MORE to the game than just AE, that is what people need to understand, and some of you I1-I4 people should agree with me on this, becuase I am not the only person from that era that agrees what AE has done for this game! I remeber when LotG 7.5% were about 20-30 mill... now they are over 100mill where I am. People are farming more in AE which have made the prices for everything skyrocket. If people went back to doing regular missions and TFs and got the markets under control again the whole game would be easier on everyone.

Oh and I do use the global channels to find teams as well, and most of them do AE so it doesn't work most of the time.

You mean the same TF's I rarely ever get to run because I played late hours and can not always play for 2-3 hours straight

I mean Merits is have the issues there. Heck lotg may cost 100 mill but kismets +acc have dropped from 10-30 mil to 2-3 mill there is some balance in fact I can say the only tf I play regular is posi because I have access to 3 accounts and I can solo it 0ver 99 Hours and get access to lots of merits so 4 runs in a month and I can by 2-3 high end lotg's etc

heck AE has gotten me two miracle roles in a 2 week stretch

You assume a lot of people want to run TF's a lot of people hate TF's because of the long drawn out time constraints it is easier to get rewards in a short period of time farming AE. That is why all those brutes are in AE to get rewards from random roles easier than a long drawn out TF that sucks the very life from people

I really hate when someone say something about "Play the game as it was meant to be played".

Where in all heavens are the "Holy Manual" of Playing as it was mean?
Who decides it?
Why that person isnt playing in my place then, as it seens he is the ONLY one that does it right?
Should I stop paying for my 3 accounts then because i dont play as someone else wants me to play?

There is no absolute truth on this. Its all about attitude and respect. Let people play the way they want to. Dont like it? Dont play with then. Ignore then. Pretend that you are the only Real One worthy of playing.

I really get disgusted with those threads of people complaining instead of actually playing. If they pay for another person account, fine. Then they can say something to that person. Otherwise, please be quiet, you may wake the kids with your whimpering.

And yes, I am for the first time angry.
