However, this appears to be an out-of-game asset (I don't think the forums qualify as part of the game) for an in-game asset (influence). This would appear to be explicitly prohibited. I know he got redname clearance for his previous sale. How about this one?

I thought the OP was selling the rights to the name SMurphy. You know, so we could take it for ourselves if we paid...
I honestly did though, I was amazed that nobody else read it that way for a full page +.
Well, once Smuphy lets go of his name there's no way to control who else takes it. First person to switch their handle to Smurphy after it's free gets it. So really there's nothing for this Smurphy to be selling, in that regard.
