The only problem I see here, is that you seem to feel that you are empowered to decide what is and is not appropriate use of the Broadcast channel, and that only certain level players should be allowed in Atlas Park.
Perhaps your ire would be better directed at the devs for placing a MA building in Atlas Park, and allowing players to level from 1-50 in MA. And perhaps your time would be better spent actually playing the game, rather than obsessing over what other players say in Broadcast.
Here's a tip for you: You can remove Broadcast from your chat tab if it bothers you so much. Or, you know, not hang out in Atlas maybe...

At least the devs can claim that the MA is very popular. You need something better to do with your time than all the hating. It's not worth sweating over. Can you imagine if the devs decided to start banning that many players? Not gonna happen.

Yuppers.. See no real diff. I started playing i2 and freedom Bcast has always been full of non zone appropriate lvls talking about any old crazy thing. The lvl 6 guy lookin for a team but can't find? saw him back in issue 2 also he's 6 lft.. I do story arc mision or 2 now I who first heard him at lvl 2 am 5. Jump in aqnother couple missions. I'm 6 at this point the story progression has forced me into the Hollows.. lost lvl 6 guy is still in atlas.. lost. Feel bad for him but today just not in mood to explain how you run story arc.
That was back i3 ish.. currently my chars by 6 are in KR and have no problem finding lvl appropriate team as well, that's where you go now 6-10 to get temp travels, and new contact. Somewhere inside I'm sure I'll feel guilkty by leaving lost guy behind, but today wasn't my day to help the lost? As I'm guessing you sat there listening to poor lvl 6 musta said to yourself, in zone full of higher lvls that didn't belong yet didn't say, hey buddy, there's about 8-12 paper/bank teams your lvl running in KR looking for more.. your just out of place alittle. Sure there is lvl 6 content in atlas but who of the older players still runs it? The hated blue side sprint back and forth 'tween 4 diff zones for no reward and with no move power.
I don't see all that on other serverss as much. Most my friends back in i2-i3 would log onto Freedom just for laughs.. all the lvl1 s standing around the statue not playing, all the blatantly obvious new lost palyers that don't have clue yet also skipped tutorial and no one would really help. Freedom was nicknamed the noob server, when bored we would go there and help newbie figure out whats up every so often, but would never play there. In fact around i4 I started playing freedom more and my lvl 33 tank joined a team of 2 other lvl 33ish guys.. we stood around for few mins, and I said " so you going to pick a mission? Anythings cool with me." Leader said "I don't know how, can you do it?"
Now fighting down the knee-jerk reaction of WTH how do you get to 30s and NOT know how to pick a mission?!? I said sure, pass me the star... nothing.. "hey, I need to have the star to pick a mission." Response. "How do I give it to you?"
Lmao Freedom the noob server. Now by this point I knew this was not true yet still hard to find the "experienced" players as Atlas was always full of so many trial account subscriptions.
Lol you took it pretty far as to post unedited broadcast on the forums. But anyways, what I got from it was that Atlas is a place where toons of all levels can come and find teams. Whats wrong wit that? Even the devs said you can reach lvl 50 inside the AE building. Maybe you just want the game to go back to pre I14, which will probably never happen as long as MA exists.

I was around lvl 42 with my first toon (2-3 months of playtime, 5 hours a night) before I learned what a global channel was or led my first team.
I teamed up with the same group every night and they didn't participate in global channels.

OMG can't beleive I missed that. If white represent outlvl for zone .. at what levels would you say it was appropriate for me to get my cape? aura? and or enter RV? I see alot of white low 20s 30s and maybe some high enough for RV.
I would hate for you to arrest me because I finished the story arc I was before I went to see the city rep for cape and am now lvl 23 instead of 20.

If those people were banned for farming, they'd still not play with you. You'd still "have trouble finding teams" or whatever your excuse is for this inexcusable display of sheer intolerance. I hate people like you who feel the need to threaten a very large mass of players with loss of account--essentially the MMO version of the death penalty--simply because they play the game in the way they see fit.

The arguement that farmed characters lvl too fast and don't understand the basics of the game is only one I kinda understand as the little evil part of me wants to go what? learn to play! lol
But the real deal is this, if I truly consider myself that much better or greater player then this guy then the REAL hero that know the game does not spurn the newbie, but teaches thme what they need to know.
Edit: wanted to note I respondedd to the above poster as his post triggered the thought. I am not meaning to imply that he is farmed or inexperienced. Globals are not what I would consider basic mechanics of the game. Pretty sure when I started they did not exist. Do know I got this guy beat in how long I played before I figured out globals, Pretty sure I didn't use it when new for first year or 2 as saw no purpose for it in my playstyle and circle of friends.

Hmm, if I were you and felt as strongly as you, I would've invited "Voivode Zavid" to team and start building a PuG team.
I might even start broadcasting a message saying that you're putting together a lowbie mission team.
If you felt that your message would get lost in Broadcast, then use the search functions to identify lowbie alts in your zone and send 'em a blind tell (as long as they haven't specified they didn't want one).
And if that team worked out well, then I would invite them to add me to their Friends list, so that we can team again some other time.
Once I did this often enough, I'd probably build up enough of a group for regular teamage. Hell, I might go so far as to ask them to recommend some MA arcs that they might have played and enjoyed.
Yeah, I'd probably do all that. But, you know what I wouldn't do?
Waste my time with self-righteous nonsense posts instead of playing the game and having a good time.
