I'll probably announce in Atlas and Global channels all purples and high value uniques and other sets as I delete them one-by-one.

A deleted thread because apparently it's wrong to complain when a character gets deleted and you didn't do anything wrong.
Long story short, level-pacted characters have been deleted and accounts banned due to "levelling too fast" when they were offline and the partner in the pact levelled up. The characters never entered MA but were flagged by their "MA exploit" clause; thus causing the worst case scenario that everybody said wasn't going to happen because "they'll only go after the most egregious MA exploiters" to come to fruition when they hit people who never stepped foot into an architect building and obviously couldn't have exploited anything in the MA.
The "Follow Up: Abusing Mission Architect" thread that was locked explains it in a bit more detail, with the typical "you know you were wrong, you ebil exploiter" suckup posts that apparently don't bother to actually read what people are complaining about.

Getting people's account banned for making farms, baby. That's *real* Player vs Player. 
If I had more time to think about it, I'd make up a point system:
5 points for the Dreck map, 10 for Steel Canyon, 15 for King's or the outdoor Carnies.
+5 for hostages. -5 for defender allies
+10 if there's some vague attempt at a contact dialogue or mission specs beyond: Go. Hunt. Kill Skuls.
-5 points for the bomb exploit, cuz that makes it easier to convince gms it's a farm.
-5 points if the AE mission has 'farm' somewhere in its name, same reason.
Darnit. I may seriously have to post this over in PvP now.

My post will most likely get deleted but I loved your post Eran, like I said in that thread....it was well written and not an untruth in it. Sorry devs if the truth hurts. I fear it will be hurting your wallet sooner than you think. They lose 6 accts when we leave that equals $1100 a year, not that much but more than the average MMO player pays and at least one months salary of one person.

Has anyone stopped to think that this is exactly "Paragon Studios" wanted? I mean, could it be SO BAD trying to code/modify/add to this game that they really do want to give it up, but have contractual issues with NCSoft?
If I had a kludgey system of hacks and patches, it would not take long to become unwieldly. Sooner or later, the plug should be pulled and everyone can go on their merry way.
I just cannot imagine this much incompetence exists in one place outside the government. I'm optimistic that this is just one facet of someone's master plan.
Please tell me that Statesman and his group that left did not see this writing on the wall so long ago... please!

The stupidest thing is... outside of teaming with friends and forum events, the only teams you can reliably find are STILL PUG AE farms.
You could take that information, and realize that it's not healthy to arm wrestle your clients... or you could make a big gustapo style speach and start censoring anyone who speaks out against you. You know, whichever you think is healthiest for the game.

it really is funny that the dev's are all to soon to forget that it is the player putting money in their pockets and that is the deciding factor how long a game lives.
If I were an RP'r I'd honestly believe that he'd been replaced by Tyrant. I'm only going to farm, PvP and make fun of people until my sub runs out. Then I'm giving everything away in a manner to be determined later.
Badges are dead. They mean nothing. Not even worth a lolz. If they should be removed if farmed than everyone with empath should be set to lvl 1 and given a 7 day ban. Anyone with the 6th damage badge is guilty of crimes against stupidity and should be flogged.
MA missions are horrible. The only fun ones were farms.
Messing with the market is probably the most fun you can have now.
I've redefined day jobs by giving each of my toons something to flip at the market. Their P&L will greatly influence their annual reviews.
