Picture This: Inaugural Slurpie Machine Edition!
Nice! (Originals for everyone else, BTW)
Based on the infomation I was given, here are three different versions of VexXxa.
Version 1 - Lighter color scheme and a haircut. Stuck to the witch costume theme, but made it more battle-like. Ish. Kinda. Yeah. >.>
Version 2 - Reimagined as a medieval version. No wings, but a cape.
And, in the spirit of the recently announced Going Rogue, here's VexXxa reimagined as a Hero: Version 3 (though the costume seems more heroic with lighter colors. )

Name: Flame Enchantress
Bio (for the most part this is all of Flame's original bio with some added pieces from some googling I did):
Flame (Scintilla Rose) spent her childhood in the High park neighborhood of Kings Row. When she was fourteen her apartment complex was caught up in the center of a Skulls Raid. Her parents had just enough time to hide her in a crawlspace but unfortunately it was too late to save themselves, and they were both murdered. Afterward she pledged a genocide of sorts against the skulls and and joined the Hellions. When she was nineteen she was already a Fallen Lt. and led a group of Hellions into Skulls territory to plant explosives. Unfortunately they were found out, and all killed.
While in "limbo" she was spoken to by the Guardian of the Watchtower of the South. He sensed an underlying goodness in her, and was willing to overlook Scintilla's method of trying to wipe out the Skulls. He then blessed her with the ability to control his element: Fire. With the archangel Michael being the representative of the South, he bestowed to her a flaming sword, one like those that are wielded by the angels that guard the gate to the Garden of Eden. Scintilla was then resurrected to become the Flame Enchantress and to do the Guardian's will on Earth, and to protect people from the evil magicks of Paragon.

In case this look causes any confused looks, I'll explain my version. heh It's a slight bit of a departure from her first costume I know. I kept the red and orange and the flame cape as I thought it was key to her look. Same with the blond hair, I just gave it a more styled look that I thought went well with the wings (I'll explain those additions in just a bit). Since she's a magics user I kept with the witch stylings for her top, skirt, and leggings as I wanted it to be the base of her theme, and I added the high collar and cape to give her an experienced magic user feel to her. The fiery aura on her eyes I thought gave her that powerful intensity as well.
Now for the two major changes and reasons why:
The Valkyrie pieces - this came from the representation of Michael as well as being given a flaming sword. She was more or less give the charge of an angel as well, so also provided with the armor for one. Scintilla being the woman she is, selectively picked what she needed, but more or less displayed her more witchy side. From my thoughts, the pieces I added seemed to go well enough with the witch pieces already there, if not enhancing them.
the green coloring - This was influenced by the Tablet of Union, where each tablet that represented the four elements associated with the Guardians had a base color, and lettering in it's complimentary color. Her Guardian being the South, the Fire, the colors were naturally red base and green lettering. So the mystic symbol and magics on her gloves are green, and it seemed to balance the look over all to have the Valkyrie belt with green stones, as a symbolic central focus and base of power.

Finished with my take on Rainbow Jester.
Original bio: Now time for bio hmm....
GOT IT! He likes to dance and kicks people using martial arts.
My version: A fan of the theater from a young age the man known as the Rainbow Jester has yet to achieve that big break into the world of the performing arts. He often hones his skills by performing street shows in Paragon City. During one such show he and those viewing his performance were accosted by a group of Hellions. Without breaking stride he managed to defeat the trio of thugs and was surprised to find he had enjoyed the experience.
He decided he should be better prepared if he was going to ply his trade in a place as dangerous as Paragon, so he studied the martial arts, He soon found that by combining his new fighting skills with his dancing he could create a fighting style all his own. While he still strives to achieve his dreams of stardom he is content to continue his performance in a starring role as a defender of justice on the concrete stage of Paragon City.

Edit: Age of Bayani, Ultimate Soul Train
Ultimate Soul Train
A young physics prodigy, Dr. Kashaye Parker was caught in the backlash of an experiment gone wrong. An explosion of radiation causing the infusion of subatomic muon particles into her body. An unstable radiation, the professor found herself with a slew of new powers at her fingertips but unknowing of the cost.
While the initial months went smoothly, the young doctor found herself in the Terra Volta reactor under a swarm of freakshow. Contact with the raw core triggered a turmoil of reactions with the muon particles that caused bursts of energy to erupt internally.
She now finds herself struggling to maintain control of the forces at war within her; having lost sight in one eye and unstable energy leaking from the other are only the least of her concerns.

[/ QUOTE ]Very cool. I like the eyepiece idea.
Here is my rendition of Dynoman. I went with the idea that his body was incapable of dealing with the massive amounts of electricity that he generates and his powers were slowly killing him. His arms, being the conduit for using these powers, were ruined and replaced with cybernetics. A regulator was installed in his chest to try to slow the effects his power was having on him, the energy within him glows through the crystal. His body is generating so much energy, the electricity actually pours out of his eyes and caused him to lose all his hair.

Here's Massacre Melanie's bio:
The fire element fairy known only as 'Melanie' was forcibly summoned into our world to serve as a magical weapon and servant for a particularly cruel assassin, who was looking for an advantage over his peers. Being a naturally kind creature, Melanie would not obey his commands to maim and kill so he subjected her military brainwashing techniques and torture until her mind fractured into a new personality. A new dominant force that existed to protect the original fairy, the 'Massacre' personality would do anything it took to protect herself. She delighted in the sorrow she could wreak on the world, seeing it as just revenge for the pain she had endured. She became too much for the assassin to handle and escaped his control, unleashing her fury onto the world and all it's inhabitants. 'Massacre' Melanie, as she became known, is interested in nothing but punishing everyone else for her own suffering. If left to her own devices, she would surely destroy everything in her need for revenge.
Mel Classic
And here are two different costumes I came up with for her.
1) An alternate look for the same old Melanie. Maybe this is her evening wear for butt-kicking.
2) This one is her more empowered, mystical look. I assume some sort of magical whatsits occurred and brought her closer to her (perhaps previously unknown) ifrit heritage. Maybe her mother never told her that she was part ifrit and some magicks brought these traits forward?

heh nah, I think you did a good job with a new look for Heri. Her top, belt, cape, shorts hair and eyes fit her. I like that you kept the glowy eyes. On that page of hers that I wrote, Heri talks about that as something she wished she could have hid as a kid but never figured out a way and was self conscious about it, so its something part of her that has always been part of her identity and her memories. The armor-y isn't what I think of Heri, but it could be within range, especially if her bio and background had changed. As is, it's something that's more Lady Heri-ish, but ya made Heri look still look like Heri. And she looks like she could fit within Flame's group and her sisters, based off running your MA arc about Flame
Glad you like the idea where the flame sword came from. It was something that seemed plausible given the Fire Element and Michael the related angel. Granted he's not directly on of the angels that guard the gate, but he could possibly have thought to have given the sword one chosen as a protector.
And whether you were outdone or not, meh. It's all fun here. Both our chars turned out well I think. Personally the "Guardian of the Watchtower of the South" gives one a whole SLEW of possible ideas to toss at your character. Google or Wiki that and there's all kinds of info one can grab and apply to Flame Enchantress. So that's what I did, I just plucked what seemed to fit with what bio you already had. heh

Too be honest, I've never cared for the third eye; I'm of a mind a new version needs to be added, one that isn't so reminiscent of the 1960s. With this in mind, I modified the design to utilize a conceptual third eye more than showing off the character's actual extra peeper. I added a touch of Rome in following with the character's Byzantine origins, and removed some of the arcane marking in order to emphasize it on the pants and cape.

*Copys and paste bio* Thank you
Any ways here is Bishop of Battle and his bio. And here is my take on it...
Normal view, Standing in a mission, Trying to kill me, What happens when you try and kill me, Bishop ganking me.
I worked on a new version of Runriot for Turkey Lurkey :
Original Bio:
Andrea Rhyatt always loved speed. Her mother used to joke that she was only in labor with Andrea for 45 minutes. By the time she was old enough to walk, Andrea was running, and whoa be to anyone who tried to get her to slow down or sit still. By age 5, she discovered her love for fast cars, by 11 she was stealing them, often leading police on city-wide chases. But soon the thrill of her motorized mayhem wore off. She desired the speed for herself, not rely on a vehicle to provide it for her. So at age 18, she particpated in a series of experiments with nanotechnology and cybernetics to give her that speed. Now, as Runriot, she's running again, all throughout the Rogue Isles, looking for that next big thrill.
------------------------------------------------------------
Personal Add-on to the Bio:
At age 18, Rhyatt easily fell in with the Freakshow. After all, both shared a taste for punk rock, chaos, reckless abandon, and, oh yes, cybernetic improvement. The Freaks offered the quickest fix for Runriots need for speed and, after several months of manipulating a meat doctor, she had her very own pair of cybernetic legs designed for her addiction. Even though associated with the Freakshow, she strikes out on her own and fulfills master plans of her creation; she wants her name to stand alone as the fastest speedster in the Rogue Isles
possibly even the world.
------------------------------------------
New Runriot
Costume Analysis:
When given Runriots background both in the pm and in the caption under her DA reference, I immediately thought to connect her to the Freakshow someway; seemed like a match made in heaven. While I deviated significantly from her original outfit, I did keep certain aspects in mind. The bottoms of the original costume reminded me of the pieces of a red sports cars twisted exterior accenting her legs
I wanted to keep with that theme and built on it with the new design. The cyborg legs and gloves worked perfectly for the outfit (again twisted, yet sleek, red metal), especially since it has that shiny reflective surface. I thought the shoulder cables were slightly reminiscent of a Freak Stunners, and would tie into her electrical blast powers. Finally, I gave her a head that just screamed Freak punker with a red metal hawk and copper circuitry below the skin and kept the enforcer chinplate as an additional tie-in to her original outfit. I hope Turkey Lurkey likes the costume; I enjoyed putting the pieces together and Im happy with the end result.
P.S. Also added the dark grey tendrils aura around her feet. She keeps moving so much, its causing her cybernetic legs to smoke from all the electricity and heat.
Wow.
I can totally see it, sportbike-inspired Freakshow racergrrls.
And Runriot and Betty Highside need to hang out.
