Too be honest, I've never cared for the third eye; I'm of a mind a new version needs to be added, one that isn't so reminiscent of the 1960s. With this in mind, I modified the design to utilize a conceptual third eye more than showing off the character's actual extra peeper. I added a touch of Rome in following with the character's Byzantine origins, and removed some of the arcane marking in order to emphasize it on the pants and cape.

OK, here's John Printemp's Kibo Electin:
Original
-------------------
Kibo Electin
Once an overweight, under-educated, and near broke college student, Kibo came to realize he had a latent ability to manipulate the kinetic force surrounding objects. By his sophomore year he'd managed to cover courses on nearly every scientific study of energy and biology in attempt to understand the forces he was growing to control. In the short amount of time he'd gone from hovering card tricks to using the kinetic force off other bodies to alter his own physical speed. These studies resulted in an impressive adjustment to his body, strength development and a boosted metabolism. After graduating early with a Bachelors in Engineering and Energy Development he was recruited by a low level super group in Paragon City, later moving to join the Overflow Groups with the attempt of using their wealth and technology to improve his energy manipulation techniques.
At the epitome of his abilities, Kibo has unlocked the core of his powers and surrounds himself in a constant flux of kinetic force that has unwittingly caused a dramatic turnaround for how he perceives and lives in the normal world. With his body and mind constantly moving at an accelerated pace, the world around him has become sluggish and weak. Many times in combat he moves around the battlefield so chaotically that it is near impossible to track his movements as he envelops his targets in kinetic forces and drains their energy before they ever have an opportunity to fight back.
----------------
And my reimagining...
Once an overweight, under-educated, and near broke college student, Kibo Electin came to realize he had a latent ability to manipulate the probability flux surrounding objects. By his sophomore year he'd managed to cover courses on nearly every scientific study of energy and biology in attempt to understand the forces he was growing to control.
However, he soon discovered that Fate was handing him the 'free pass', while those he disliked found themselves continually impeded. Dropping out of school, Kibo took to the road, making his living hustling in pool halls and cardrooms, becoming more and more 'in tune' with Luck and Fortune.
However, there were certain things he couldn't influence. He got caught outdoors during a freak thunderstorm in Oklahoma, and nearly electrocuted by a bolt of lightning. However, for some unexplained reason, he KEPT the charge, and as his continually-changing form adapted to it, he discovered he could manipulate electrons just as easily as cards.
He is now wanted on US federal and Interpol warrants for illegal computer access, breaking and entering, and the compromise of several NSA security systems. He's rapidly discovering that, with his mastery of probability and electrical potential, there's no lock he can't pick, no computer he can't hack, and no security system he can't bypass with a thought.

I worked on a new version of Runriot for Turkey Lurkey :
Original Bio:
Andrea Rhyatt always loved speed. Her mother used to joke that she was only in labor with Andrea for 45 minutes. By the time she was old enough to walk, Andrea was running, and whoa be to anyone who tried to get her to slow down or sit still. By age 5, she discovered her love for fast cars, by 11 she was stealing them, often leading police on city-wide chases. But soon the thrill of her motorized mayhem wore off. She desired the speed for herself, not rely on a vehicle to provide it for her. So at age 18, she particpated in a series of experiments with nanotechnology and cybernetics to give her that speed. Now, as Runriot, she's running again, all throughout the Rogue Isles, looking for that next big thrill.
------------------------------------------------------------
Personal Add-on to the Bio:
At age 18, Rhyatt easily fell in with the Freakshow. After all, both shared a taste for punk rock, chaos, reckless abandon, and, oh yes, cybernetic improvement. The Freaks offered the quickest fix for Runriots need for speed and, after several months of manipulating a meat doctor, she had her very own pair of cybernetic legs designed for her addiction. Even though associated with the Freakshow, she strikes out on her own and fulfills master plans of her creation; she wants her name to stand alone as the fastest speedster in the Rogue Isles
possibly even the world.
------------------------------------------
New Runriot
Costume Analysis:
When given Runriots background both in the pm and in the caption under her DA reference, I immediately thought to connect her to the Freakshow someway; seemed like a match made in heaven. While I deviated significantly from her original outfit, I did keep certain aspects in mind. The bottoms of the original costume reminded me of the pieces of a red sports cars twisted exterior accenting her legs
I wanted to keep with that theme and built on it with the new design. The cyborg legs and gloves worked perfectly for the outfit (again twisted, yet sleek, red metal), especially since it has that shiny reflective surface. I thought the shoulder cables were slightly reminiscent of a Freak Stunners, and would tie into her electrical blast powers. Finally, I gave her a head that just screamed Freak punker with a red metal hawk and copper circuitry below the skin and kept the enforcer chinplate as an additional tie-in to her original outfit. I hope Turkey Lurkey likes the costume; I enjoyed putting the pieces together and Im happy with the end result.
P.S. Also added the dark grey tendrils aura around her feet. She keeps moving so much, its causing her cybernetic legs to smoke from all the electricity and heat.

I like it VERY much, the bio too. The bio I had given you was a quick basis of the character, but I felt something was needed, tying her in with the Freakshow never even crossed my mind. I've been looking for an alternate look for RR, but wasn't quite sure where to go. Your's ties in well enough that I think I will incorporate it. She's only level 5 now, I hope all those parts are available for me!
Hopefully, I'll have my version of your character done sometime tomorrow. Computer problems are a hassle.

New Version
Character: Gray Huntress
Original Version
Her arrows arent cheap toys used to bring criminals in to do time; theyre as lethal as an oncoming train and she isnt afraid of the moral issues that come along with murder. Proud to walk the line of a vigilante, Gray can be as much an enemy to heroes as to villains though she generally shames heroes who stand up to her. She knows they fight a good fight and finds it honorable, but she dives headfirst into the shades of gray
where justice isnt simply black and white. Gray sometimes seems cocky, blunt, and volumes could be read behind her words that often carry double meanings. She approaches battle like a wolf playing with its prey; she is confident victory is already assured. The Huntress often goes ahead full force and demeans her peers when they hold back.
Gray Huntress, or Apollonia "Polina" Fanakov, was born in Grozny, Chechnya to a former Honduran bounty hunter, Mist Arrow, and a father she never met, Dr. Ivan Fanakov, a famous missing Russian geneticist. Polinas mother tried to raise her as best as she could, but the latter part of Mist Arrows life and Grays entire childhood focused on finding her missing father.
Her mother began training her to follow in her footsteps as soon as she could draw a bow and tried to instill a sense of duty to the man she never knew. The world knew Fanakov as a brilliant scientist that was pushing the bounds of the human genome, and that he mysteriously vanished from the world without a trace in 1975. Nine months after his disappearance, Mist Arrow launched her unfinished crusade to find the man she loved; a man who also saved her from the clutches of the Council. This crusade led to Paragon City.
As Gray grew into her teenage years, she thought this was a fools quest and had frequent disagreements with her mother. Their key conflict was their different approaches to pursuing the Council. Mist Arrow believed that the men should be arrested, interrogated, and sent to Zig for their crimes; Gray Huntress believed that lethal force was necessary to deal with them and was just punishment enough. If they lived to see another day, then they could still potentially escape and put a bullet in your back later; a problem easily solved early. But this created an irreparable rift between mother and daughter, and, in rebellion, Gray left her mother to her doomed crusade for her homeland, Russia.
In 1993, she was one of the founding members of the Valiant Defenders of the Motherland, the first independent Russian Hero Organization. She was a huge hit among the Russian youth, but broke many young conservative mens hearts when she was one of the few heroes to openly come out as bisexual. Gray was the only natural human on the team and yet she was also the most wild, performing daring, near-suicidal stunts with remarkable success without recognition of her mortality. She basked in the fame and controversy surrounding her, but harsh reality struck her hard during the first Rikti War. While she admirably did her part in the war, back in Paragon City Mist Arrow met her untimely demise. She was on the team of heroes responsible for taking down the Rikti Mothership which crashed in the zone now known as the Rikti War Zone. Live footage was taken of her final moments as she hung on for dear life atop the plummeting ship, apparently caught under some debris. News of her mothers death immediately prompted Gray to leave the Valiant Defenders and return to Paragon.

TL's Ultimate Gray Huntress
While most tribes would have shunned or even killed her for her strange gray skin, the Wolf tribe accepted her with open arms, even revered her. She quickly came into her right as a formidable hunter and warrior, and was the natural choice for leader when she came of age. Under her rule, the village lived in peace and prosperity...until the Rikti came. The alien invaders wiped out her entire village and left her for dead. She fought to stay alive and avenge her fallen tribe. As soon as she was physically able, the hunt began. She tracked the Rikti to Paragon City, a city with a diverse assortment of hunters and prey. Dubbed "The Gray Huntress" by the media, she silently hunts the shadows for retribution.

Hope you like it GH, I had some fun with it. It's bit of a departure from the original concept, but I think you can still recognize her.....

Based on the infomation I was given, here are three different versions of VexXxa.
Version 1 - Lighter color scheme and a haircut. Stuck to the witch costume theme, but made it more battle-like. Ish. Kinda. Yeah. >.>
Version 2 - Reimagined as a medieval version. No wings, but a cape.
And, in the spirit of the recently announced Going Rogue, here's VexXxa reimagined as a Hero: Version 3 (though the costume seems more heroic with lighter colors. )

Nicely done, Kheldarn. I hadn't tried the wings on version one and am surprised that they actually look pretty good.

LoL...she's cute, so she should have at least one outfit to go to Pocket D in. And I made her hair a darker red so she looks more mysterious behind the celebrity sunglasses.

Here's Foo's Maiden Light
Rocketed from her home when she was an infant, little Orah Alilah was found and raised in Connecticut with a well-to-do family. After officially adopting her (a little money can make such things easier), they brought her up with good values and a social conscience. It's no surprise, then, that when she developed fantastic abilities that she decided to use them to help her fellow man. Adopting the name "Maiden Light", a pun on "Made In Light", a reference to the birthing ship she was discovered in, which glowed with an ethereal light.
And here's my alternate take on her:
Close-up
Full view
Discovered by a retired Air Force captain after a meteor shower in rural Connecticut, Orah Alilah was raised as his own daughter. Having lost an unborn child and wife to a terrible car crash in the previous years, Orah gave the captain a new reason to live again. He taught her right from wrong and instilled into her a strong sense of duty and honor. When she started to develop otherworldly abilities, she was quick to use them for the benefit of her fellow townspeople.
When her power grew beyond the confines of the small town she lived in, her father urged her to find her own destiny out in the larger world. She chose the name 'Maiden Light' in reference to what her father had always told her. "You are the light of my life, Orah. When I had lost everyone, you gave me everything. You gave me purpose when I had none. You are my little maiden of light."
Since Foo's original design had emphasis on a bare skinned lower body, I decided to reverse it and go with upper body skin. He had a nice simple and classic design, so I didn't want to change the innate feel of her character. I lost the cape and gave her a little more of a complex pattern to make up for it. Since I like all the characters I design to have something unique about them, I used the two patterns on the top and bottom to make it look like the top of her outfit is actually layering over her pants, rather than a hard cut at the belt line. Omega was used because it looked nice, but also because it symbolizes the end, which was essentially where Orah began. The end of her journey and the (seeming) end of her father's life.

Nice work, Suichiro and everyone else so far. I'll try to get Mariner's done tonight. Still batting a few ideas in my head. I think we'll definitely do this again next month, with the same idea, but the theme being Golden Age interpretations. Then the Rob Liefeld inspired interpretations. Kidding about that last one.
Will we be meeting behind the donut shop next time?

Hey just a note....I'm having pc problems but will hopefully have them resolved soon so I can post my Ultimate version of Bayani.
Character: Lord of Valhalla
I didn't get a back story from TA, but I wanted to proceed, so I went with the name and ran with it.
As Valhalla is the final reward for warriors slain in battle, led there by Valkyries, I got some inspiration from that and the fact that he's a villain.
So my take on Lord of Valhalla is that he has decided that he is the greatest of all warriors, and so deserves nothing less than to rule over all other warriors. He will lead them to conquest and glory.
From that I took several pieces from the Valkyrie set. As he is an Electric brute, and those powers have a reddish hue, I chose that as a primary color, with very dark grey as the other. I first was going black, but some costume components blended over each other too much, and they show up better in dark dark grey. I wanted another accent, and silver looked better than the gold to me, so I used that for several small trim pieces. I tried every belt several times, and didn't really like any of them enough to use. As the Valkyrie helmet is shorter in back, I wanted to use a collar, and thanks to the new Magic set, I could! I did some homage to the spike with the helmet detail and the boots.
So, here is my re-imagined Lord of Valhalla.
