So, are we doing anything else with this thread after the last few stragglers finish up, or we just moving on to the next round? Vote for a winner? At least have a collection post with all the pics put together with the pairings? Any other ideas?

Y'know, I like that alternate look for Runriot so much, I'ma gonna incorporate it into my character. So I need an assist. Can someone on Virtue help me with a salvage transfer? There's a full Halloween costume set in it for you.

Sorry I missed you, I had some unexpected company last night. I'll be on and off though the night tonight. Just FYI, the trade is villain side and the only Halloween salvage I have is Villainside as well.

Ok sorry to hold up the thread,still dont have everything reinstalled on my pc but I wanted to get this done so forgive the poor image quality.

This is my Ultimate version of Bayani.
The Rikti invasion forever changed Bayani's life. He lost both parents and his beloved. Alone and angry he began lashing out at those around him. He was in and out of jail and seemed to be destined for a short life. Then his grandmother arrived. She was a witch and began instructing young Renato in ways to channel his anger.Learning fire spells seemed easy for the young man and soon he focused in the art of Fire Mastery. Now years later he embarks on his quest to avenge those he lost and to consume evil in his personal flame.

Sorry to be a holdout here, but my PC is down and COH won't run on my Power PC Mac. I"m going over to a friend's house this weekend and hope to have an Ultimate Larissa done this weekend.

Sorry for the delay. The new company I work for tossed everything including the kitchen sink at me right from the get-go. I think Planet Girl's the only one left who hasn't finished but I understand she'll wrap things up this evening.

This character was really tough to ultimatize because there wasn't a whole lot I could change and still have the new Mariner be recognizable.

"Ultimate Mariner"

Matthew Arnault was a deep-sea adventure who attempted to personally explore the bottom of the Mariana Trench in an experimental diving vessel dubbed the MARN-Seven. There, he discovered the remains of a lost civilization, inhabited by a a hermit who secluded himself within the sunken city through incredible mystical powers. A sea creature ruptured Arnault's vessel causing Matthew to nearly lose his life. The hermit used his magic to evolve Matthew into a creature who could survive the depths of the Mariana Trench before he lost his life to the sea creature. Matthew now explores and defends Paragon's shores against threats from the Rogue Isles as the Mariner.

The remake of Rainbow Jester I did for Tuter King is back on page 4. I don't think he cared much for my costume work but he did seem to like the bio I did up for him.
This was fun and I'm looking forward to the next round.

Ok, so maybe that was over-dramatic. Finally got my act together (and found some missing passwords) so I can actually post these.

Original bio for Electagonist: “a former hero turned villain. after tapping into the rogue island power supply and a brief possession by the demon Bat'zhul electagonist developed a form of schizophrenia that sees him constantly swinging from an old jaded hero to a twisted criminal with no inhibitions.”

Now, I happen to love dual-faceted characters (made one, or two, myself; bonus points to anyone who knows about Cazimi ). Since I liked the basics of the background, I decided that the “ultimization” would actually result in two physical forms for Electagonist…one a slightly battered anti-hero, one a demonic form. And so:

I had fun with this; I hope this was not too pedestrian. And thanks for the PG version...I love the way some of the pieces work together, and plan to use this as a jumping off point for PG's spacesuit I love the re-imagined background (makes more sense than the original ).

I see what I did there, don't know why I messed up that pair-up. Bishop of Battle is Clobbertime's. But that's fixed, and I added Planet Girl's take on Electagonist.
