  1. Happy Birthday, Bobby

Hope you enjoy it for all it is worth and then some! Remember your word is the law today...perhaps.
  2. Happy Birthday, EnnVee and may all the good fortune you've earned the past year be granted tonight! So pretty much enjoy it for all it's worth and then don't forget to use my birthday gift to you: By my decree, your birthday now encompasses the entire week, so party on!
  3. Wow, Red Fire! You really did Gray an honor with your piece, I absolutely love it Thank you for taking an interest in her. I like that you chose a crouching pose for her, as most of Gray's pieces feature her standing or flying; definitely good to get some variety.

    Most Appreciative
  4. Hmmm, I appreciate the expression of talent in many forms; writing being one of them. I'm working on a vastly more in-depth look into Gray Huntress and her history, so I'm gonna be fairly consumed by that for a while...but once I'm done I'm sure you'd have enough info to draw on to have a good grasp about who she is.

I'll get back to you, but until then, good luck GK

My French is very bad. It's a shame."

Foo! Mai-vous être nié les mains amoureuses de belles femmes partout.
Sont les Anglais à travailler traducteur français, Rouge Feu?

Hmmm, maybe I can start speaking in Russian...

Good idea mister Bayani, shame that the Francophone community should not follow your example.

Ps : Excuse my English made in google translator
Welcome Red Fire! I am happy to have you here. The translator is working fine. I have considered using a translator to visit the French and German communities, but I have never followed through.

  8. Heya Bayani, you can count me in as an admin if you want... I think you already know my dA ID...
  9. Memory Loss: I'd rather forget everyone else, for many of the same reasons presented above. Even if I forgot all of you, I'd still know my CoH and dA account, so you guys could even help me relearn you guys. (Though I may need to cross-reference information to make sure you're being honest <.< ) I could also reread all my private messages, since I'm a packrat and haven't deleted a single one.

Stars: Movie Star, one who is always a supporting role specifically. I don't have to carry the film, but I help define it. Also, based merely on personal tendencies, I only know the names of a few rock stars, or musicians in general, because I tend not to bother...I'm only interested in the beat of their music rather than their lyrics or names. Conversely, I know a ton of actors/actresses names just because I remember their faces.
  10. Happy Birthday, Juggertha! You're welcome to tag along with Pyro, CR, and me to Caemgen's place in Buffalo for a free steak dinner

It's almost been two hours Pyro, and I'm losing my patience fast! The anticipation is murder... Just kidding
  12. Sweet! We're expecting the full tab to be on you, Caem btw

Fine, fine... The steaks on me CR. And no Outback steak, I'm talking prime cut $75 dollar pure steak heaven - the kind of steak cows dream of becoming... You just have to come to Buffalo and I'll take you to the Steakhouse up at the casino or ya can meet me in Vegas next time I go...
Oh, now that's tempting... Hey, look at the date, it just so happens it's my birthday...now...and I hear Buffalo is lovely this time of year >.>
  14. Maybe it's not belated...maybe his birth certificate is wrong because the doc didn't remember the correct date. <----- I'm using that excuse so I'm not late.

Happy Birthday, CR Enjoy today like you did yesterday, that will be your gift from me. That means, do something special for yourself with friends or family.
  15. Haven't whacked with Foo, but I hear he has some mad moves.
  16. Hmmm, currently standing at 5'6. So would I rather be 2'6 or 8'6...do I get to keep my proportions because I like my shape right now and tall people look like they're stretched over too much bone while smaller individuals tend to be much more stout. Well I'll stop asking questions, since they're irrelevant and possibly pushing the rules

Um, blast this is tough...I'll go with three feet shorter. Sure, I may not be able to climb onto a bar stool as easily, but then again I don't have to constantly worry about ducking my head, or squeezing into cars. Not too concerned about developing a serious love life. Halflings rock too

I'm curious about the origins of the Bubba legend... When was it created? if based on a real man, who was he? What was his crime and was he as much a threat in prison as the legend says? Hmmm, must do some internet research now to track down this universal prison legend
  18. 1: Batman, while both have their plus and minuses, I'd prefer wearing Batman's costume to wearing bright blue spandex with red underwear. And being that awesome while still being human. And Selena Kyle.

2: 3 Bees. Bee stings never haunted me into oblivion, but I have a more severe reaction to mosquitos. Instead of getting little raised bumps, I get a mountain.

3: It's a tough call between prison and a coma. While I would be much more curious about a 10 year nap, I wouldn't want to deal with the muscle atrophy when I finally wake up. Meanwhile if I'm more like Morgan Freeman in Shawshank while in prison, well life might not be so bad after all. So I choose prison, but you guys can tell me about the coma when you wake up and I'm out.
  19. Agreeing with Zek, and especially with beginning artists. While it's nice to explore without using real references for your art (mainly regarding the human form), sometimes the overall outcome of your work is that much better if you can see how people are put together in certain poses (I know limb foreshortening tends to kill me)... But yes, citations are a must imo.
  20. Congratulations Foo, and to Shia and the other participants in this great community event. I think I expressed my appreciation for everyone in the previous thread, so I'll refrain from being repetitive.

(Any last minute Champion responsibilities that are required of the victor, TA? Like slaving away in the art mines for charities?)

Ah, but it would have been too late as I had read it while I was in class when you posted it Don't worry, McBoo, takes a bit more work to melt my butter. Generally just churlishness.
