yes they were..i personaly moved from protector..pre i13 RV was full on my home server in good times...now i find 4 ppl farming pill boxes in best times...hell yeah
besides most pvpers i meet on freedom now are all from other servers telling me how dead pvp is there...and even freedom tends to have "dead" hours...

Not sure to what youre referring too. PvP was dead in Liberty LOOONG before i13. Im specifically talkin abt the i12 era - and it was dead then. 8 people in RV IS unfortunately an improvement. A small one, but still.
Now if the question is did these changes to PvP get the numbers of people PvPing that they were hoping for - then thats a definite no. In fact, Id say theyre close to breaking even with those that left. But thats not to say that the changes still arent an improvement.
Considering I talked to, on a daily basis, people that PvP'd on Liberty since i6 all the way through the i13 beta, again I'd have to say that you're full of it.
That's one server that's definitely lost people. Protector or Pinnacle, not so much.

It was?? Liberty had a ton of PvPing SGs <test> and a few VGs when COV came out. The battles in Freakburg were CRAZY!! Whirl was one them...

Some of the Pinnacle folks moved to Virtue. But even then, it's seldom to see Zone PvP. Lame.
I'm pretty sad. The instant I finally get into PvPing, it was during i9? I was literally loving the "speed". At first, I got the [censored] kicked out of me, but I just kept at it and learned min/maxing and all that. At that point, I was actually holding my own.
This new PvP is somewhat of a letdown. I mean, more than ever, I SELDOM see people PvPing anymore. 
When it first came out, sure, we Zone PvPed, but it slowly died out. =/
Lame.
All i see is that most people on this threads hate new pvp, same for Freedom. I don't understand WHERE IS this majority that suppose to love changes???????? LOL Liberty because 7th said so?
