Rplace one of the Banished Pantheon Outdoor missions, or one of the Vazhilok sewer missions with a mission that takes place in a shopping mall ala, Dawn of the Dead. Alternately, just give us a shopping mall zone.

Random chance of Sally in Croatoa spawning as Sally Quantum if there is a Kheldian in the area. She still wouldn't do anything, but technically she would be a Quant just like technically she is a Monster.
Likewise, DE Emanators also having a random chance to spawn as Quants (Fungi Quantum for example). Like with Sally Quantum, they still would be harmless.
