One page back Smurph is talking about refunding money on the non-50's, so I assumed they all just canned it.

Some of the folks hit 50. Some of the characters Smurphy was playing weren't fun enough for him to get to the end. My character stalled at 39. I believe some others were low-30s, but can't recall for sure. Don't know if others got refunds or not. I told Smurphy 200M wasn't enough to worry about, but he said he'd help me get my MM to 50 some time if we're on at the same time and he's running a farm. So I figure I'll wait for that and pump out more levels via playing that character.

Not really the right place, but that thread got so old it was deleted.
Smurphy also started a thread where he was buying 50's via level pact on each server. I was his man on Victory. I got the pacted character up to the high 30's before getting burnt out; altitis is a cruel mistress. With the arrival of the MA, I blew past the slow spot, and am now halfway through level 42.
I hope to have him to 50 by the end of the month. If he isn't, he will be within the first week or two of next month.
I know I'm behind the schedule we had discussed. Let me know here or in PM what you want to do Smurphy; I have no problem keeping the pact going until 50.

My pacted characters were on his canceled account and pacted to the MMs that were "not fun" - they only made it into the low teens/high single digits, and Smurphy provided me with a full refund.
Finally managed to resub, my char is 11 like he was for quite awhile before that. Sorry not to give any warning.
So I was thinking now was a good time to sell some more level pacts. Anyone interested in a particular server/side?
Care to sum up what the deal is for those of us too lazy to read 25 pages and who don't know what level pact is?

I'm in the gathering information step. I make a toon. You make a toon. We level pact. I blow stuff up. You do whatever you feel is best.
Right now I'm just curious where most people would want these. Server/side wise.
I'm would want Freedom/redside. But I would have to probably pay in influence.
I'd bid on freedom/red.

If you haven't joined a global channel, you're not really looking for team.
1 - Does the money have to be on the server where the character is going?
2 - Is infamy worth the same as influence?
3 - Is Smurphy doing this just for the money or does he actually enjoy levelling 6 people at once?

I'm not sure I understand who, what or why the "this is a bid" was posted.
I'm not sure if I'd be doing bidding and/or just setting a price and selling. Freedom/Villainside would be super-easy for me because I have lots of toons with lots of purple IOs already there. You would be free to pay from any server/side. I'd charge 10% more for non-Freedom/Virtue money because I have to move it across servers. However, I consider Infamy/Influence to almost be worth 1 to 1 currently. Maybe 1.2 Influence to 1 Infamy at worst.
I like to blow stuff up. I'm going to blow stuff up anyway. Why not get paid while blowing stuff up? I'm not sure how soon I'd start. Mostly wanted to see how much interest exists.

I asked a question, got a smarmy response, responded smarmily, and got hit with the mod stick (tho I think I did a good job of not feeding the troll...) The useful part of that post is the quoted final prices of the last auction.

If I buy one of these slots with the infamy I have in game... and you get it to 50... and it's deleted for getting to 50 too fast (since it'll be in a level pact), do I get a rebate?
