5 Level Pact Slots: For Sale in Influence/Infamy.

My bros and I want to get started. We want to do something awesome. We are going to start one of the teams soon.
The first 6 people who pay 200M get a spot on this team. We'll start as soon as we get 6 buyers. I'll level pact any purchaser as soon as we get the money. If the bidding for the other 6 ends up being lower than 200M I can refund to that lower amount. If you don't believe me/believe in my services simply don't pay. If the bidding ends up higher than 200M I won't be changing anything or requiring more pay.

Wait...so if I "Buy it now" at 200, and the other team that is up for bidding ends up going (lowest winning bid) at, say, 175--even though it is a separate and distinct pacting team, I'd still get the difference refunded?

If you pay me 200M (the Freedom/Virtue Equivalent of course), and if the other bidding ends at 150M then I would pay you back 50M if you ask. You don't have to ask nicely or anything... you just have to remind me

I got in on this. So many characters I want a free ride on while I play the lowbie characters I like, but I went with a Necro/Dark MM. I'll be playing the market with him while Smurphy and family/friends give him an easy ride to the high levels.

I asked a question in TheMarket global regarding this, but I had to run before I read a reply. If someone buys a level pact with Smurphy, won't they have to login and level up their toon every three levels or else noone in the LP will get xp?
All 200M buy nows are gone.
In the end, I opted not to purchase one of the "Buy It Now" positions. Still leaves a small amount of mystery for me.

I also missed out on the 200million buy it on pacts.
I think I will see where the lottery for the original slot levels out at.
The first 6 are all gone. I'll be starting the 2nd 6 in a week or two. I'll be closing the bidding on Monday, January 5th. At that point I'll be contacting people in the top 6 and trying to get the monies. If someone is no longer interested or doesn't pay the bids by the following weekend or so I will knock down to the next person and I'll throw money back to others as necessary.
I could have some of these bids wrong. Some in the top 6 may no longer be interested or may have bought into the "Buy now 200". Bonkers may be buying from zero to 5. I'm not really sure. If you see any problems with these bids, or would like to change your bid please let me know.

Since my plan was to bid over 200M, it was a deal for me. I've been pacted for almost 20 hours now, and I noticed I'm not level 47 yet. Get to work Smurphy!!!

No, go ahead and let it stand. As often seems to happen, about thirty minutes after getting the other character set up I thought of a different one I would have preferred. Furthermore, one that will likely be downright painful in the lower levels if I leveled normally.
Looks like the 2nd team is also going for about 200M currently... assuming everyone buys 1.
The first team has just hit level 12 on four of the 6. The other 2 started later. Level 12 is the "game over we win level." We now have 2 Tactical Maneuvers, 2 Maneuvers and about 30-35% defense all, Dual Origins, 2 Venom Grenades, 3 Tar Patches, 2 Spec Ops, 6 Soldiers. It only gets sillier from here. 3 Tactical, 6 Maneuvers anyone? How about 3 Venom Grenades 6 Bile Sprays? Oh... and about 12-20 Achille's Heal Procs. From level 12 it'll be an easy roll to 50.
Level 1-12 are the hardest levels for these teams. Glad I've knocked it out on the first squad. For the second squad I'll be mixing matching. 3 Special Forces MMs + 3 Zombie MMs. Get those 3 to 12 then switch to the other 3. Essentially start the MM squad at level 12 Maybe level 20 for Speed Boost.
How do you manage to control all those powers? Which ones do you leave on auto?

Masterminds are easy to multi-box; set the toggles, put a decent click power on auto (a heal, most likely), set the pets to agressive, and have the MM's auto-follow whichever character you're actively playing. The rest mostly takes care of itself.
I'm not sure how he's managing to multi-box Crab Spiders though. That'd be way too clicky for my tastes.

Just add a "click upper right corner of your screen" before using a power. Its easy. Click upper right, 4 = Venom Grenade. Click lower right, 4. Click, 4. Click 3. Click 2.
That and having actual players come on a few toons each at a time. Usually we have one person lead and be the "aimer" and the rest of us half pay attention and read the web.
Windowed mode.
Tar patch is the one I was most curious about. I usually bind that to alt+lbutton.
You can run four instances on one box? That's a hell of a box. My own quad-boxing was done with two computers, but I gave up on it because switching between two keyboards and two mice was starting to give me RSI.

Don't count yourself out. If one of the top 6 doesn't pay or is no longer interested the top 6 drops to you at 200M and the new top 6 would all pay 200M.

Ok. Count yourself out. I got word from Bonkers that his 5 bids at 250M still stand. He doesn't mind if some or all of them fail to place.
If anyone wants to get in on the top 6 looks like the minimum bid is 250M
I'm going to double up. Put me in for 2 slots at 500M instead of 1. I have more builds I want to experiment with than time to play them atm.
Edit: Weird, okay, I already mentioned this once before. I posted against because after looking at the list, I thought I hadn't, but yeah - I'm going to bid on two slots.

I contacted Bonkers via PM and I might try and work out another option so I can take Bonkers money as well. I'm going to assume the top 6 will hold at 252M. Of course, feel free to place in a bid and prove me wrong.
Tomorrow I will start collected the money from the top 6 bidders. I'll assume if one or two bidders fall through I'll be able to open up to the peanut gallery or Bonkers or anyone else at "XXXM buy now." All looks good to have both teams hit 50 by the end of February at the latest. I might play them over 2xp weekend too. Team one has some guys hitting 14. I'll be at my good computer soon too. I haven't even been able to use it yet The team is being made Virtue/Villainside. The supergroup may be advertising the public as well. The supergroup is not superteamed nor themed exactly like my 6 Man squad. However, my squad fits in the "wild west Quick and the Dead theme" with the 1 Fire/Kin and 5 Necro/Pain. If you'd like to make a similar toon and join me every now and then you might be able to join up. There is still discussion about opening that SG up.
If this is still available, I'd like to buy in. I'll bid 300M influence on Champion if the option and a spot is still available. If not... oh well.

I'm still waiting until closer to the start date to decide if I care enough to bid. The prices are getting close to the limit of my interest, so I'll wait and see where pricing goes in the final days. Currently, I plan to bid, though, at around the current low-middle winners' range.
