what program do you guys use to do that stuff..I really need to find a hobby :P

Thunder is good, thunder is impressive, but lightning does the work.
I have used MSPaint and Photoshop for my entries. My PS is a ridiculously old version that, I'm sure, does not have all the nifty doo-dads that some folks use. *Shrug* It works for me.
Regarding Paint: I use it to post entries when I am at work as I don't have access to my home PC. 
MS Paint here, it doesn't always look pretty, but it does the job.

and my wacom pad ..... though I really don't Need that.. I just find it hard to use photoshop without it anymore..

(Oh, and thanks. I'm glad you liked it. I can never be sure if one of my changes is funny, because by the time I am done messing with the image, whatever joke there was is totally gone.)
