With Issue 12: Midnight Hour officially announced this week; the Scoop has been able to get some early reactions to the announced features into this edition. We also have another well covered Point/Counterpoint, Base Showcase, Behind the Mask as well as flavorful Foodies.

[/ QUOTE ]There is nothing in announcement about the Health/Stamina powers themselves getting a boost. The bars just fill up according to what was stated. Also, where did Nova getting a boost come from?
