Heya Grave good to hear from you. Wish I could log on and see you but I have so many things going on right now. I took a break to get in shape so I could pass a physical for a job I want. Well I passed the strength and endurance tests with flying colors but I failed the stress test. My heart rate needed to get to a certain number of beats after a 5 minute stress test to qualify and I missed it by 3 beats!! I can retest in 90 days so my new hobby is jogging. I am eating right and getting plenty of sleep (something I never did while playing CoX) I still pay for my account so I can have all my vet rewards when I return. Think of all the art possibilities at the return of the iron jawed Troll, oh joy!!

My home computer has had it. I am saving some coins to either repair it or buy a new one so I can't log in even if I wanted to.

When I designed Mister Unlimited's costume I was trying to mix a bit of Orion from the New Gods (Costume color and chest harness) with the old Neal Adams Angel costumes from the 70's. Now that I look at him I do see a little mimic in there also.

Special thanks goes to Speedy as I am keeping watch of his 100 Timm thread. He has done a lot of the harder costume parts of CoX in that thread. I wouldn't have attempted the chest pouch harness on Mister Unlimited without using his rendition as a reference.

Hmm... I'm not so sure that that's exactly a Timm style. Usually Timms don't feature such burly forearms and feet. Check out this Superman for example.

The closest I think I can get to Black's Knight is this Bane example. But in that case the upper arm thickness is so exaggerated as to almost surpass the main torso.

But in any case, whether or not the piece has Timm purity or not is kinda irrelevant. What matters is that it is awesome the way it is. Good job Kilo.

Thanks! I used the Brute template I found here for the piece: http://members.fortunecity.com/hyper...templates.html I would say the only thing in the sketch thats not Timm style would be the cape. Timm style capes are much simpler in style, I was going for a more voluminous look. I do try to put a little of my own spin on things so I am happy if it doesn't look 100% Timm style.

I like it! I especially like how the mobs are perfectly positioned for a Whirling Hands type attack!

My Plant/Ice Dominator, Black's Knight hit 50 last weekend. He is my 7th level 50, and my second level 50 Dominator (You would think I actually like Dom's )

I decided to draw him Timm style in honor of him turning 50. He is a Magic origin character who gets his powers from a magical chess piece, the Black Knight.

Ben 10 is a cartoon on the Cartoon Network. The short story is 10 year old Ben Tennyson, while on a summer vacation RVing with his Grandpa Max and cousin Gwen, finds an alien device called the Omnitrix. The Omnitrix looks like a fancy watch and it allows Ben to change into 10 (eventually more) different superpowered aliens for short periods of time. The whole series is basically the summer road trip and all the adventures Ben and company get into.
