Just wanted to update:
I've killed a few new AV's and I will post them tonight. I still also have to upload my Valkyrie and a +1 Positron that I killed. (Yes a +1 Positron MOST AV's in solo missions are even level)
I've been busy crushing my Nemesis Automation that appeared on the forum. He's gone now with the help of the "Summon Ex-Libris" power.

Debunking this as COMPLETELY FALSE.
I have RI, an auto-hit defense debuff, that is fully slotted with Hami-Os. This is insufficient for Mako, even with it fully slotted, PA and Phantasm slotted with 96% accuracy debuff. He still is IMPOSSIBLE to solo.
Unless you can provide video, I'm going to assume either you lied to atogonize a board argument, or simply don't know what you are talking about. If you can provide video, I'll assume I'm doing something retarded.

Since you didn't quote the second part of what I said, I said, "...and some constant Defense De-buffing powers to follow..." which you don't have since you said Radiation Infection and nothing else except Accuracy, which is roughly -40% Defense. In my experience of fighting him Villain-side I was using my Plant/Thorn/Lev which can stack about -120% defense (Just about permanently) plus whatever % Water Spout De-buffs. I'm not saying you're doing anything retarded or wrong per se, and I can't provide a video since I did this already. Also I was never referring to solo as just teams saying Mako is extremely hard. I'm going to go ahead and say he's probably not solo-able in RV (none of them should be) But he's probably easily possible with a Earth/ Troller backing you up. Also make note, in my original post I didn't say he was solo-able, just that how tough he can be is very over-hyped.
People have been asking when I am going to update again so I am taking the time now to do it. These screenshots are over the course of the week so some are a few days old I just never put them up yet.
I want to make special note of the first hero. Arch Villains normally spawn as even level to you, Positron spawned in my Valkyrie mission and he spawned as a +1 Hero! Positron is considered EXTREMELY hard by most Masterminds at even level yet I destroyed him at +1! Well enjoy the screenshots!
Even the +1 Positron was no match for me

His suit isn't fire resistant
His tier 9 can get annoying
That green glow makes him almost untouchable

Positron's weak trainer. Time to destroy her
I deflect her sword with my arm guards
Her whirling sword made short work of my tier 1 minions
Seeker Drones blind her so I can make the final blow..
And she hits the ground hard... but wait?
Valkyrie comes back to life and I kill her in Moment of Glory again!
Here she comes back to life... the MOG will take away her HP though and halt regeneration
MOG takes her health but her defense and damage resistance is incredible!
Dual Plasma blast pierce her body
Once I survived her MOG and it ran out she went down quickly.
Lt. Sefu, the Deceiver...
Special note about this guy. He is bugged. He is labeled as a +2 Elite Boss in these screenshots but he is REALLY a +2 Hero. It took me around 10 minutes to even kill this guy due to him being 2 levels over me. (Remember AV's normally spawn even level!) It was a fun fight though. I didn't even realize it until half way through it so I have few screenshots.
It took me about 5 minutes to get him this far...
His repulsion field made it EXTREMELY hard to lay down poison trap...
Without Poison trap, I could not budge his hp
After a long fight, I finally take him down

Your 120% defense debuff amounts to, post-PToD to maybe 19.2% defense debuff. If you are constantly spamming those powers, you don't have time to do enough damage to kill him.
Honestly I didn't bother to quote more of the post than that, because as your reply (which I quoted here) states, your statement was without merit, when taken as a response to my post. Don't misread that. It is only without merit when taken as a reply to my post. If your post was just a random post that wasn't in a thread about soloing AVs, I would agree 100% with what you said.
However, this thread is about soloing AVs, and the post of mine that you replied to was about soloing RV AVs, including Mako.
Your answer, when taking 4 posts in total(mine, yours, my response, your response) is that "Yes, he is impossible to solo, but a well built team will dust him like nothing."
I agree with you on that.
AFAIK, he is probably impossible to solo, or at least is at Level 54, but I don't really have a way to say yes or no; I can't fight him on my Mastermind cuz he only appears in two places I can't gain access to fight him: RV and Leviathan Mastery Arc. In RV he's on my side, and I can't Flashback to Patron Arcs even if he was my Patron. The time that I did fight him I was on my Dominator which has the Arc, whom can stack the ridiculous amount of Defense De-buff by just using his Attack Chain, but isn't capable of defeating an AV solo regardless. Also, I was referring to him in RV being not solo-able since really no one should be able to, ungodly numbers of inspirations or not. Place him outside of there with the typical Level of 50 or 51 and he probably would be reasonably possible.
Here's another small update, this was a fun fight and something different

Your contacts give them, you get contacts by running newspaper missions and then a Mayhem then the Broker introduces you to a contact.
MANY people have said I haven't fought a "true" Arch Villain until Lord Recluse. So this is taken from my AV thread. I defeated LORD RECLUSE and boy was he EASY for me. I don't see what the big deal was. I've fought harder AV's then him.

Yes today makes a new landmark in the Ultimus world. I have evolved into soloing GIANT MONSTERS. These are pure team content MUCH tougher then Arch Villains with more regeneration and hitpoints to boot. Please enjoy these screenshots.

Impressive. Can't say I exactly approve of you posting this since it might bring too much unwanted attention (i.e. devs) to the set(s).
Just think...If he can solo AVs and GMs with just a MM....
How fast do you think they would fall if he DID use SHIVANS as well?
*You should take on a GM with and without a shivan and time your runs.....Would be interesting.

I fought this guy once before, Fusionette and Faultline you can pickup in this mission along with some Rikti guy. This guy was tougher the first because he summoned elite bosses. He was nothing this time.

Some of the AOE attacks, like mass snakes, killed my Robots
I quickly angled her differently to avoid my pets from being killed

My Mistake, Sorry.
Though my Friend and I planned on Duoing the STF with a Fire/EM Blaster and Ill/Kin Controller, we honestly didnt think Mako would even Pose a Problem
what I want to know is... whats with the multiple bubble buffs? I dont have FF generator, or have any experience with it, but it looks like it occasionaly stacks like theres 2 out during the fight from time to time. What gives?

Ahhh ok. Interesting... if I ever manage to level up one of my characters and somehow kick the constant need to delete and reroll another alt, I'll get to enjoy that myself. My thugs/dark runs mish's on relentless... only tsoo (presently) is annoying to face. And darn that stupid run away bug monsters have when I use my shadow fall... get them down 40% and they run. More commonly, it's the mob with darkest night... agroing 1-3 more spawns. It's why I can't convince myself to just knuckle down and grind that last level to my brute.
