High Beams Flashback Badging Guide (Hero)
First let me say that I love this guide. It's been invaluable.
I've only had one occasion to disagree with anything in it so far, and figured I'd put this here for anyone who cares enough to read this far (I myself cheated and didn't read the last 3 pages, sorry if someone else has mentioned this).
In the 30-34 arc it's suggested you do Rise of the Vampyri. I disagree. Keep in mind that this is coming from an MA/Regen Scrapper.
The problem with this arc is mostly the travel issue. There is a LOT of travel. The contact is on the far side of Founder's Falls, along the same wall as Eden. Good little hike to the train thru lots and lots of purple conning mobs. Even if you use the crystal trick to tp to your contact, you then have to get to the mish and that means running thru all those rikti and crey.
It gets worse. The missions are all over the place. It may be random, but my missions were in Bricks, Founders, King's Row, Steel Canyon, Skyway, and a couple other places I'm sure I'm forgetting. That's a ton of running on the first 2 runs where you have no travel powers (no travel for first run, AT only for 2nd).
The missions aren't that bad. Council is pretty easy, even with wolves and vamps. There's one kill all, but it's a pretty small map. Still, with the travel it took me hours to complete the thing.
Given all that, I decided to experiment. So I tried HatredÂ’s Hungry Heart. Sooooo much easier. Yes, there are some self healing Champion Tuatha, but set to heroic and running solo, these were cake.
First mish was rescue a guy. Make sure you clear a path to the door as he's a suicidal fighter type and you already have to deal with 4 ambushes. You don't want anything on top of that.
Second mish was one where you have to free 4 Tuatha from some witches. Hardest part is finding them. The 3 times I did it the Tuatha were always on the wooden platforms. Think that's always going to be the case. Still very easy, but witches drain end, so careful.
Then you have 2 missions where you have to kill, alternately, 10 Fir Bolg, and 10 Red Caps. These are zone kills (the whole arc takes place in Croatoa - no travel) and will all be grey to you. Only trick is, you have to kill them in a certain area. Two tips... for the Fir Bolgs, as you are facing your contact and the lake (can't remember which way she faces, so be facing the lake) turn right and back (so if the lake is north, go SE), and you'll circle into the woods. The pumpkin guys turn into little orange trees. Or they will be hiding in trees.
For the red caps, head back to contact and again face the lake (which we're assuming is north) You'll want to go west this time. There is a river that runs between two high banks. You'll find red caps up on either side of the bank and some below if you are lucky. DON'T kill them on the banks. It's considered out of the area. Pull them down into the little gorge and kill them there.
After that you have a final mission. Destroy 3 henges. You can ignore the mobs fighting around them as they are mostly concerned with killing each other anyway. 3 henges and you're done. That's it. Super easy compared to the Vamp arc.
Hope that helps someone.
(I myself cheated and didn't read the last 3 pages, sorry if someone else has mentioned this).

I think High Beam made this guide using a blaster. And somewhere in the preceding pages, Hatred's Hungry Heart was suggested as a replacement for Rise of the Vampyri.

i've been running ouro's today and i have run one with debuffs on myself and one with buffs on the enemies. i recieved no badges for either, and don't already have them in my badge list. a known bug?

What arc were you running?
Most likely you didn't pick an actual challenge arc, but a mish that has several parts to it.
Did you only have to go to your contact once, or did you get several missions from them before you got the End Tally dialog?
They've confirmed there is an issue with showing the challenge settings dialog for multi-part single missions as opposed to several mission story arcs. I think that's what you hit.
Most likely if the arc you ran wasn't on the front of this guide's list, you weren't on a valid story arc, but instead on a multi-part mission.

Has anybody found anything better than Division: Line that they'd like to recommend for a fire/rad troller?
I know mine is capable of soloing at least a few EBs under normal circumstances (I've done it in the Architect missions on test where you beat up Castle, Synapse, and Sunstorm) and I've already done the no enh and no insp challenges, so those would be available to me. I've got Geas, Vanguard Medal, and Elusive Mind to pop as needed.
I suppose I can stretch it out and do a mission or two a day if I have to. I've got the player debuff, foes buff, AT-only, and no travels to go. Is there a better way? I don't mind dying once or twice and restocking inspirations. My debt monkeys don't get the debuff and I can dump my toggles and Lingering Radiation on anything that comes my way.
@Exabecquerel | 50s:
1 corr (fire/kin), 1 widow (tuna), 3 MM (bots/ff, demons/dark, demons/traps), 2 brutes (ss/wp, kin/sr)
1 def (kin/dp), 2 trollers (fire/rad, earth/storm), 2 scrappers (spines/dark, kat/sr)
I went and answered my own question. Under no travel and player debuff, On the Run took me about as long as a run of Division: Line but felt far less annoying. The penultimate mission is a hunt for 100 crey, which probably ate up about 15 minutes of my 2:40 by itself, plus I took two short breaks. I was ready to dump a vanguard heavy, a snowbeast, and an Amy on top of the EB Countess Crey, but she took interest in my imps and left me alone to debuff and beat the snot out of her.
My fire/rad isn't very IOed, just some recovery and recharge bonuses with a smidge of accuracy and a Numina unique. Aside the debuffs, all I had up on the Countess was the psi mastery ancillary pool (some psi resist in the armor and click mez protection). I didn't even bother to load up four lucks.
I don't know what it would be like for other toons, or with enemies buffed, but if anybody else is sick of pounding on the Nems and Rikti, beating up the Crey looked like a good alternative.

BoyScout, you may have just saved my bacon from the pain of wasted time. I just got the 20-24 set and am about to start the 25-29 set, and then would be going to the 30-34 set, and the Croatoa arc sounds a helluva lot more appealing than what High Beam recommends (sorry High Beam).

Looks like all the links posted on this thread leading to the villain side guide from this thread are broken with the server migration. Can anyone put up a fresh link to it?
I've wanted to go through the arc's to at least get all the badges on my main. I just honestly thought it looked like more trouble than it was worth. It really helps me to have a step-by-step guide to follow, keeps things straight in my head (it's craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy in there).
So thank you for taking the time to write this superb guide. It has re-newed my interest in Ouro.

Great guide, have you thought about expanding it with advise on a per AT or per challenge basis? What I mean is something like "For no travel power arcs try hatred hungry hear since it's all in Croatoa". Also what arcs would you recomend in the 35-39, and 40-44 range with the least amount of travel?
The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.
Dunno if High Beam is still around to update this, but for the 25-29 arc, I'd highly recommend one of the new I17 mission arcs.
Twisted Reflections is 4 actual missions (plus a few "speak to" missions), all of them skippable to the end, in two zones, but they auto-transport you to the 2nd zone, and can be breezed through in under 60 min, really under 30 unless you have travel powers off (and maybe even then).
The other arc, Into the Looking Glass is potentially even shorter, but there's an EB to deal with at the end, and he can be nasty if you play melee.

The "Welcome the Vanguard" arc no longer awards badges in the 45-50 range, btw.
The Future Threat arc (5 missions - 1 talk to, 1 hunt, 3 door missions, the last one being a defeat all) from Daedalus in Cimerora is listed in the 46-50 range, but awards in the 40-44 range. My low damage gravity-kinetics controller was able to do each run in about an hour. And when I had a blaster with me on one run, we did it in under 25 minutes. It's a much better option than the Division Line arc.

I have a suggestion or two for flashback builds
Since the devs are awesome and smart they gave us a second build.
What I suggest doing is taking all your primary and secondary powers (except the really really useless ones) so even that tier one attack folks. This will make the AT only challenges a cakewalk. Also take powers that are important (like travel and any mitigation including defense) as early as they are available. This will make the lower levels that much easier and faster.
