The City Scoop! ~ Discussion ~ October 27, 2007

Edition 24 of "The City Scoop!" a publication for Supers by Supers!

This week features many of the various facets of the City of Heroes & City of Villains. We love the Scoop and the visibility it brings to the game and the individuals that participate, it really represents the broad range of diverse players that enjoy Paragon City. Be you Hero or Villain there is something for everyone!

We know that there has been some discussion on the art content recently, and we would like to assure you that each submission is reviewed by the Community Team each week before posting. If you have any concerns regarding the content of the Scoop please feel free to direct your comments via PM to Lighthouse or Ex Libris.

Only a few minor points:

couple of typos here and there. Not sure the typing medium (typing like this, right to a pm-type thing, or off of word), so can't suggest spell check or what not. Didn't seem that big though.

Other point is the main article, having the server location for it at the end of the article. Usually, main important details are listed early on. Maybe, in the 'where' area, had Croatoa train station, Liberty server ?

Very nice, and one thing I would like to confirm for the writers about the Spirit Masks in Shark, I have hunted them during daylight hours in Potters Field. Spawnage is better at night of course and Halloween event is still a great time to farm them out.

That edition was so good it was downright spoooky! Great artwork, great articles, great everything. I also loved the interview with Samuraiko.

PS she's already made a couple of videos so cool that Cryptic should totally hire her already!

Ex Libris has uploaded some fixes to today's scoop.
* A couple of front page corrections: roman issue number, indentifying the Scavenger Hunt's server
* Spelling of the City Traveler standardized (both "Traveller" and "Traveler" are correct, but changed for consistancy). Also restored link from Table of Contents.
* Inserted Dark_Respite's name that was missing.

Thanks go to Dirtwolf for doing such a great job on the layout this week.
