Technically, these tracks are sonically well improved. But I just wanted to make sure? Was it your intention to truncate the first 'Outbreak'... leaving off the attack scene by the Hero as we heard in the first attempt at the recording?

Yes, that was my intention. I didn't like that punchline, and I had already lengthened it with added dialogue. I re-recorded all of the pieces and re-assembled it with Audacity.

Same here, these were great! Very funny! Now one of my fave threads, I await the next misadventure of Stan & Lou!

OP: BTW, are you gonna be okay on the download bandwidth? You don't want to get smacked with a big bill later. I can see these files getting VERY popular.

One thing I've got to say, I do like the fact that neither 'speaks in turn', they talk over each other, finish each others sentences and interrupt each other, makes in seem more 'real' so to speak.

I have a few more scripts written which I just need to record. One is in Galaxy City, where Stan and Lou are debating about what powers to take when they level up, and the other Stan attending an unusual job interview with one of Paragon's lowbie villain groups...

Eventually Stan and Lou will quit the Hellions and get a job with some of the other villain groups. The tricky part is deciding how to represent them.

What, for example, should a Troll sound like? How does a Mortificator speak? What accent do you give the Nemesis? What kind of sound would you use to represent the Rikti?

Trolls would be gruff and dumb, Mortificators are basically human, so human... but... probibly a bit more psychotic... Nemesis are also normal people who have joined with Nemesis. As for the Rikti, first you have to make sure you get their speech pattern right, it's an unusual way to talk, I'd think they'd sound monotone, but not robotic, probably have a gurgling/growling sound with them...

Those are probably pretty close to what I have in mind, Zikar. I anticipate some disagreement about my presentation of some of the various groups, but... well, so what? It's just for fun, it's not as if this is part of COH canon.

Sounds to me that is really up to you and that will just become part of the magic. I don't know if you do the voices or if you got somebody else to do them, but kudos. The writing and the acting is great. I'm glad I actually waited for my computer to load quicktime... My computer has issues with the dumbest things at times.

Kudos Hertz...those are absolutely fantastic! They remind me of those old-style radio shows that they had in the 1920s-30s. I greatly anticipate the next episode!
