If you go to the lower left of the chat window (where it says Team, Local, etc), actually click on the text; it'll bring up a selection of the different places you can chat - including global channels. 
Or you could make a bind that looks something like this:
bind <key here> beginchat "/send Paragon One, "
Then, everytime you click the <key>, it'll fill in the chat necessary to send a message to the global channel. All you have to type in is what you want o say and enter.

The SG fields some of the best groups I have been in bar none. Last night was a blast, Alex, Khep, Lady J, Grave, plus a few of Liberty's own (Kinetics Controller included) formed a mission group on crack. Talos Island is still rockin from the beat down we put on the villains there.

Yes, there are far more members than I can draw on one piece (I'm not Poison)
I will draw those I can, those with recognizable costumes, and more important those I have fun drawing.
I don't even know if I can fit Spino in this, maybe one of the small guys in the background...
