In my opinion, the art pieces of Invincibelle, e.g. are neithr Obscene nor Sexualy Oriented, to the exception of maybe one piece from Guildhelpers.
And in the art inspired from CoH/V, I don't remember having seen anything Obscene.

Eh, don't worry about it. They's just covering their behinds in case someone started a discussion board for neo-nazi child pornographers with pictures no less
