can an sg only raid aother sg under certain conditions?

hey, can, for instance, a villain travel to like, actual paragoncity, like the one with all the players and stuff and just like chill around or whatever? or is that impossible?

Impossible, the best you can do is co-op and PVP zones. Pocket D is a good place to hang out, depending on server.

What does QR stand for? I noticed people use it on these forums a lot.

QR typically stands for Quick Recovery.

Actually on the forums I think QR means they used they quick reply box at the bottom of the page.Mainly done to signify they are not replying to one particular person but simply making a statement.

What's up with the patch notes mentioning we can 'rename' our character's builds? I have seen no such option at trainers.

Didn't get in this time around and the patch notes were modified to remove this. Did they miss a reference to them somewhere?

I use Photobucket myself for storage and Irfanview to edit and scale it but as some point out MSPaint can be used just as well.
