How do you get a cape? I had this game when it first came out and just recently got back into it. I can't figure out how to give my characters a cape.


NVM Found it.

Mission available at Level 20 in CoH through the City Rep standing inside City Hall in Atlas. In CoV it's available from whoever your first contact was.

At level 30 you can unlock Auras the same way.

How do you navigate to map coordinates? I could not find anything in CoX which would display the map coordinates. For example, coordinates "828,0 -21.0, 2380.0" in Founder's Falls is where you should find the "Chaotician Badge". How do you get there? Coordinates listed above came from the CoH manual (yes, I have the CoV and CoH manuals)

/loc in the chat bar. The coordinate order is a little non intuitive to those who don't program 3D graphics for a living.

Hi there. I'm new to the boards and to the game, so I'm sorry if this has been answered before.

I have an inactive game account that I would like to use but it is for the US client. I want to use the EU client. Now the game account has been inactive for over 90 days. What do I have to do and what do I have to buy to use the same game account with the EU client?

So to clarify - You have a US account, and want to use it on the EU servers?

You can try asking support via the website, but they generally no longer offer the one-way US->EU account transfer.

Yeah that's what I want. But since they don't offer that anymore and I wasn't that many levels anyway I guess I'll start a new one.

Some questions on this now. I just have to buy the CoH/CoV combined EU edition and create a new game account using the serial I get?

And also what is the Architect Edition?

ANY EU code will give you access to heroes and villains on the EU servers. MAKE SURE you are getting an *EU* code before you make purchases. And MAKE SURE you are downloading the *EU* client to play the EU version on. It's separate from the US client.

Architect Edition is just another retail version, available as a physical box or an online purchase.

Hi... Sorry to sound like a fool but I got this game just today (Yesterday, since it's past midnight), and I'm enjoying it so far. The problem is, when I logged out to go have dinner, I tried to log back in and... Can't? The character and information is there. (The server is Infinity). Was I supposed to log out or 'Save' my character a certin way before Quitting? Or is there some sort of button sequence I'm supposed to press in order to click the button that says 'Go To Paragon City'? Or is something wrong with the game?

Sadly, it sounds like your account has been bitten by a semi-rare bug that locks "old" (already-created) characters out (it still allows you to create new characters, yes?). Email support ( support@ncsoft.com ) or go to the support website, register, and file a petition.
