Hi there. I'm new to the boards and to the game, so I'm sorry if this has been answered before.

I have an inactive game account that I would like to use but it is for the US client. I want to use the EU client. Now the game account has been inactive for over 90 days. What do I have to do and what do I have to buy to use the same game account with the EU client?
