Uh, I know this won't go over as positive, but I informed the devs that it was possible to a) get the Midnighter badge for all people on the team for Heroes by talking to the latin student with anyone else on the team, and b) that the chained mission was abandonable and you could re-take it and get MORE people the badge as much as you want. It was fixed about 3-4 patches later.

So all you folks that enjoyed those "About to talk to Latin student! PST if you want the badge!" teams, I'm sincerely sorry, but yeah... =)

It works nicely. Just imagine that there's a blue Razer Naga behind the back of the chair, there.

Servers seem to be going down for maintenance at 4am PDT, so I wouldn't be surprised if they put what's going into the store up for purchase AFTER the servers come back up. I'm reasonably sure that it's not just going to be the travel sets.

What happened to the Enhancement Converters?

1) Liz - Liz wins on both prettyness and humor. I still say Synapse's visor should have been down and covered in lipstick kisses, though.

2) Leaf-nin - Very evocative, I love her eye and hair, and the black roses slightly wilting really bring it home.

3) Furry_Jackal - While not traditional in the valentine lovey-dovey sense, it brings out the fact that valentines need not always be romantic in nature. Also, very prettily drawn!

Unfortunately, CR, it looks like you're 2 minutes past the deadline... and if there's ANYONE that's a stickler for the rules, it'd be you.

The winner was Unquiet Bride. Lament of Shadows came in 2nd and Dark Mage 3rd. It was really neat, the devs ported all the quarterfinalists to the Paragon Dance Party for inspection and such. We took a big group screenshot afterwards, too, so expect to see all those pictures soon.

Hi all,

To sum up the problem, any time the game puts out significant orange damage numbers (say, from an AOE, cone, etc), the framerate goes from >45fps to <0.25 for the duration of the numbers floating. I've tried every graphics setting possible, I've upgraded my graphics card from a Radeon HD 5770 to a 6870, I've put in a new power supply to make sure that everything has adequate power...
