As far as Issue 12 not being available yet... Yeah, what's up with that? 
Actually I just checked the ftp site (ftp.coh.com) and issue 12 is on there. So it may not have been linked to on the comics page, but it's available for download if you want it.

That was, without a doubt, the worst CoH comic put out ever. Strong words I know, but nothing felt "on" in issue 12--the writing was hackneyed, cliches were riddled through out the text, the fan characters from the beginning of the arc are never seen again, and the ending just flat out blew--as did the entire fight. Hell, even the art seemed off this time with oddly shaped eyes, disjointed limbs, and some really bizarre poses.
Ugh, I'll be honest, the Blue King series felt a lot more true to the game than this stuff.
Umm, not sure if issue 13 is villain cameos. There is a splash page at the end with a bunch of villains. No names as to who they are. Id scan and post the pic if I knew how to do it

Even though I didn't make it again (dang it!) I have to say that is an awesome shot and could have been any disctinctive group of villains in any comic book, bar none!

Yeah, I never got the last 2 Blue King issues mailed to me, so I have no clue what happened. It keeps saying they'll be coming soon, but its said that forever. Can we please get those added or maybe someone could link me to somewhere someone scanned them online so I can know what happened?

I just received this in the mail. Is it normal for the new issue to come out before the last issue is available for download? I just re-subscribed to the comic, so Im missing issue 12.
Pretty cool issue overall. I liked the art and am interested in reading about the Korean guest stars in this arc. Im really interested in learning what their powers are.
Maybe its just me but I find it a bit odd that States is more pleasant to acquaintances than his own team
