I really doubt this will happen before ROGUE, but I still have hope we'll see it... just maybe not this year.
I have been hoping the moonzone Idea was not forgotten.

According to that NCSoft marketing survey, an alien space station orbiting earth would be where we'd get hold of the super enhancements that'd make 50s sort of like 60.

And here's the bit from that survey that mentions outer space:
"For existing City of Heroes and City of Villains players who have previously reached the level cap of 50, the Expansion will take them into outer space where they can now find challenges that test their powers and skills to the max. On an alien space station that mysteriously appears over Earth, Heroes and Villains will race to unlock the secrets of the place and be the first to reap the rewards that are only available to the best of the best."

WTF they will give super enchancements instead of raising levels.

It might also explain why PvP was altered, otherwise, old style PvP with super enhancements might have been stupidly overpowered.

Raising the level cap will make large amounts of game content obselete, and pretty much break the game. It's not a good idea just because other MMOs do it. In fact, it doesn't seem to be a good idea in those MMOs either, they don't seem to realise that they're effectively wasting all of the development time and money that went into everything at the previous level cap.
