An overview of Masterminds, including notes from beta, pictures of the Henchmen, Henchmen descriptions and powers, power descriptions, basic commands, powerpool notes, ect. 
My Mastermind Numeric Keypad Pet Controls from Beta is posted in the Player Guides Forum.
I've kept the original form of it, but added some suggestions on customizing. Many people have taken the basic idea and made it their own, as was always intended.

Hello all you evil masterminds!! 
This is kind of a tribute and hopefully something helpful for all those MM's out there. This is Master Zaprobo's Robot Binds for all MM primaries. (Note I didnt ask MZ to create this file but I hope he doesnt mind.) This file contains his Robot Binds as well as binds for all of the other MM primaries. I havent tested them out as of yet (I know I am kind of on the lazy side in that respect) but they should work fine based off my research and barring any spelling errors.

They work fine for me.
I just created a post on Mageman's Mastermind Guide & Opinions (specifically R/DM since I've tried several combinations and I think this is the best combination).
I think it's a good post. However, I'm sure it's not perfect and my MM is only level 16. Any additional information will be welcome.
Seeing as how many of the links (those that pointed to posts that weren't in the guides section) are now broken, I've found MZ's guide on the EU forum - he has a handy little mini url for it also.
