It does seem sort of strange that it's all coming from the Gamestop, doesn't it?

That's likely a concern. "Me too" syndrome can get expensive. Requiring a receipt also enables them to better track down how the problem occurred, as well.

Yeah, and now I have both my pre-order receipt (paid in full) and my sales receipt (picked up game), so I should be fine.

I am missing ghost widow!! The box was still sealed and didn't look tampred with... everything else was in the box.
Very disappointed. =( Anyone else have this problem ? any way someone can fix this travashamockery of packaging?

Same here.
Not only did I not get my Ghost Widow but I got mine from EB Games as well 
Out of curiosity where was the 7th one in the package? There really only seemed to be room for the 6 of em. (1 with the cards and the others under everything else.)
With my CoV CE, there were 6 under the cardboard separator and one more in the same folded cardboard pocket with the playing cards.
Just to put my name out there, I was another of those who got the DVD to find that my box was missing Ghost Widow - then my boyfriend opened his box, and had it.
I'm unsure, should I even try to return it to the store to exchange it? Or should I wait until this is resolved via NCSoft? Should I use the DVD code or wait until I can get this taken care of?

Add me to the list. My wife went back to GameStop and raised hell...they opened 2 more boxes and all were missing GW. GameStop manager is gonna find out what is going on. Hopefully they will make good on all this. 
Oh my goodness people spam spam spam spam! back way back on page 1 or 2 of this thread loki from cryptic studios said they are aware of this issue and are figuring out a way to fix it... i'm sure they're making sure gamestop was the only one who got missed, what happened to the GW's that were supposed to be in them and figuring a way to get GW's to gamestop (and more if needed) customers. I'd quote his post but someone else already did that a few pages ago too... not trying to flame just makin sure everyone knows that this is a known issue. (and yes i'm one of you... I posted my own 2 cents on this one before reading through, but after going back and reading the first few posts, feel much better that a CEO from cryptic says they know about the problem and are trying to do something)

ghost widow rocks! I ehar dthere is a problem with packaging so shes been missing.
The same thing happened to me. I have every HeroClix except Ghost Widow in my Collector's Edition.
My boyfriend, on the other hand, has all seven in his.
That bums me out. I was hoping to have the complete set. Hopefully something can be done to fix this.
EDIT: I ordered my CE box at GameStop to get the female helm, and my boyfriend got his from EB Games, if that matters at all.

In my CE edition, Ghost Widow was missing also. Bought it at a GameStop.
Ironically, the one I got with the regular box is Ghost Widow. Maybe I should put it on Ebay and make back what I paid for the game. Seriously, Cuppa did say that it was a wide spread problem and was being looked into.
I have only six, I also did not get Ghost Widow. I got mine from EB Games. Box was definately un-opened. Prior to my getting. I was there when they pulled from the shipping box.
Add me to the list: just picked up a CE box from the 32nd Street EB in Manhattan and only had six figures.
I just got my CE edition and luckily got all seven figure.(Including GW)
However, my Statesman does not have a head! 
Has anyone else have this or did Lord Recluse work over states in my box before I opened it. LOL
Seriously, the figure is still sealed in the package but there is no head on Statesman, just a a little indentation between the sholders. 
Just got mine...I am missing my Statesman. Recluse must have ate him.

I just picked up my pre-order, regular edition of CoV, and got Lord Recluse out of it. Isn't he only supposed to be in the collector's edition?
I got one better, I'm missing 2. I got 6 figures, but I got 2 of the same of one (Black Scorpian)

Starting to think that someone at Gamestop's distribution warehouse is handy with a steamer. A few bum sets are statistically possible, but this is... convenient.
