I lalso got mine from Gamestop and only got 6 figures. GW is missing
I bought the regular edition and the DVD edition at Gamestop yesterday for my wife and I. No Ghost Widow.
If you want to save my marriage and my life, please send me a GW as it was the only one my wife wanted.
She says she'll make a Ghost out of me and she'll be a Widow if I don't come across with the girl Super Villain.
Until then, living on borrowed time.
I don't know if any red names are looking at this thread as part of the investigation, but just in case. I just opened my collector's edition and it is also missing Ghost Widow. I bought it from a local Best Buy retail store. The funny thing is that I actually bought 2 from the same Best Buy, one for me and one for my buddy for his birthday. His had all seven figures, so atleast I gave him the complete one for his birthday. 
I am missing Ghost Widow as well. I got my CE from Gamestop(Local one).

I find it somewhat perplexing that the only option for reimbursement is via fax, but if thats what I gotta do to get my GW thats what I'm gonna do. Now to find a fax machine somewhere around here that isn't broken...
Most office supply stores, and even some department/grocery type stores have a fax-for-a-fee set up.

Personally, I don't see why someone can't scan and send in the doc via e-mail or even snail mail. Especially since those of us without a fax are now paying for a figure that we should've gotten in our set
