Personally, I don't see why someone can't scan and send in the doc via e-mail or even snail mail. Especially since those of us without a fax are now paying for a figure that we should've gotten in our set

Has anyone thought about putting together a CoH RPG book? Anyone hear of any companies looking at the license?
