Well I open my box and discover - ONLY SIX

I am missing ghost widow!! The box was still sealed and didn't look tampred with... everything else was in the box.

Very disappointed. =( Anyone else have this problem ? any way someone can fix this travashamockery of packaging?

I want mah Ghost Widow!

Return it? Talk to customer support from where you purchased it?

Same thing you do for any product that doesn't have all the parts promised. What do you go to ikea's website and post on their forums or whatnot asking what you should do if half the table was missing from your untampered box. Use common sense here...

I didn't get a Ghost Widow Either! My box was brand new..

Lord Recluse, Manticore, Statesman (with cape), Black Scorpion, Captain Mako, and Positron .. But I got no Ghost Widow, and she's my favorite.

I just got the six as well...not the retailers fault......Packaging snafu is a problem of the warehouses that put them together

Collector's Edition

Just spoke with Gamestop, the only thing they can do is refund money at this point. They've had the game in store for less than two hours and have had six complaints.

well the box was SEALED. so There's very little Gamestop can do. IKEA is a bad example as they make AND sell their own product. If I went into a NCstoft / Crypic walk in store and had purchaced it..it would be a different matter.

Wow. That sucks that you didn't get Ghost Widow. I got 2 of her and no Statesman. Go figure. Got all the other ones but 2 of her and no States. Odd.

I was at Gamestop when UPS/Fedex delivered the game and the binder.. *is an authority on the shipping times of my local Gamestop* Now just to get the CoH binder and my master plan can move forward. *shifty eye*

YAY! My sample card pack looks like a list of Positron powers cause I got a bunch of Rad stuff.

With my Collector's Edition, I've got all 7 HeroClix. It was ironic that one of the figurines was in the side pocket along with the cards and whatnot. Positron was in the side pocket, and he's the first one in the deck (makes me feel sorry for Statesman, his card was all alone, outside the protective plastic that the rest of the cards were in... ).

Edit: I got mine from EB Games.

My box does not say Collector's Edition, nor did I order or pay for a Collector's Edition, just the regular $50 preorder. But my box is bigger than I expected, about twice as thick as a standard game software box, and I got a Ghost Widow heroclix. I don't recall being promised any clix, and a look at bestbuy.com (gamestop.com is blocked here at work) doesn't list a clix as being included. Maybe that's where some folks' 7th fig went?

Got the collectors edition. Have Mako Statsey Positron Recluse Manticore and Black Scorpion but no Ghost Widow Picked it up at gamestop if it helps.

Just to chime in... I also picked up my CE DVD set from GameStop this afternoon... only 6 figures and no Ghost Widow.

Also, just because I thought it was humerous, my "individually wrapped" collector's edition CCG card was Statesman (oh joyous rapture... ). I open the 22 card pack, and who is on top? Statesman... No other characters in the pack, just powers and what-not. Yeah, my box was very villainous!
