Personally, I would just like the whole set. And I'm missing Ghost Widow as well. 
Please let us know, Loki! I'd call Gamestop and [censored] tomorrow when they open, but I doubt there's anything they can do.

I got my box in-store, at EB Games. I'm missing Ghost Widow too. The way things were arranged in there, I'm honestly not sure she'd have fit.
Actually, I'm kind of relieved that it's a widespread shipping snafu, and not just my box. I have to walk a fair distance to the store, and I wasn't looking forward to having to hoof it down there again to swap boxes. I left everything as it was, but I guess now I can go ahead and open everything, yay!

It's because she's a phasing, healing, high defense, Aracnos Team character that could spell trouble for your opponent in Heroclix games.

Yup. No Ghost Widow here .... The bad thing? My friend bought my copy for me so I don't have a recept.
I'm just happy I got Lord Recluse and Statesman.

Yeah, I picked my CE box up from the EBGames store today and came home a happy camper with with everything as advertised. Looks like Gamestop got a bad batch.
Glad to see Loki acknowledging the situation and looking into it promptly. That's not the optimal situation for affected players, but it's a sign of good faith effort to make good on this. 
It'll be interesting when Best Buy gets around to releasing all their copies.

I'll have to contact Gamestop and see if it's possible to get one, as the only receipt in my bag was from Barnes & Noble for Web of Arachnos.
I do have my pre-order receipt, showing the product paid in full, though...

You had a really good point, though. Why would they need the store receipt? The CE serial code has to be recognizable as such, since you get a couple extra in-game items that you don't get with the standard edition. You'd think they could just look at the account of anyone who sent in a request for a replacement figure and see what they needed to see...
Unless only certain stores were affected and they're only going to honor requests for people who bought their CEs at those stores?

That's likely a concern. "Me too" syndrome can get expensive. Requiring a receipt also enables them to better track down how the problem occurred, as well.
I got my game from Gamestop and it figures that the one clix I get with my regular game box is the much coveted Ghost Widow. And she's so tiny!

I'm going to toss this out here, since someone has already pointed out that it's odd that it's the most-sought-after figure that just "happens" to be the one missing from all the packages..
Ghost Widow auctions were on eBay BEFORE the game was available, for upwards of 50 bucks a piece. Methinks Loki, that you should probably investigate this. It's AWFULLY coincidental(read:suspicious).
Ghost Widow was missing from my Collector's Edition as well. Got mine from Gamestop.

I think so.
According to the site, you need it.. which is sort of asinine, especially if you got the CE as an early xmas gift.
Well I guess I sorta made out like a bandit. I got Lord Recluse in mine. Him and State's (CoH DVD) are now opposite eachother.

Well, to help with "me too" syndrome as mentioned, but also to make sure the game was actually purchased. You know how things *dissapear* at stores.
