It is a one shot. You get hit by the teleport foe. And you die.
It's just as much a one shot as hide+buildup+assassins strike is.

People In this thread are arguing that it's not a one shot because there are more hit checks to contend with. However with AStrike you have to deal with people moving out of range, getting bumped, getting interrupted, being seen, and being in melee range without moving for 3 seconds.

The people in this game really need to realize that PvP is not about creating invulnerable characters. Every PvP build has a weakness. Look at guildwars. There isn't one perfect pvp build for a team. It's more like rock paper sizzors, which is how this game's pvp has always worked.

The nice thing is that it seems to be only gamestop that is having the issue. They can just send out the Ghost Widow clix to everyone with her helmet unlocked + the cape unlocked

There is no Sirocco hero clix. We were suppossed to get Scorpion Recluse Mako Widow Positron Manticore and Statesy.
The pre-orders are what unlock the helmets, the capes are unlocked by the collectors edition. If you preordered the collectors edition you will have the helmet and the cape.

Got the collectors edition. Have Mako Statsey Positron Recluse Manticore and Black Scorpion but no Ghost Widow Picked it up at gamestop if it helps.

Adding the third bar would take away the need for me to use the control key to wtitch between my 2nd and 3rd bars so go ahead and re-bind it

However I can't believe that during your testing you found that shift+# wasn't used alot. Like others on here I'm a /empath and I use shift + # constantly. During large battles using your mouse to click takes far too long and is hard when the battles are super hectic. Of course the numbers are gonna be a good help I know sometimes when a member's # changes my brain doesn't adknowledge it right away

The global chat testing went up on the test server about a month/month and a half ago. They found some bugs when adding multiple servers and are fixing them now.

If you go on the test server type /chatbeta 1 and it will put you on the global chat if the chat server is running. (You will know it worked because it will say your name with a @ infront of it.)
